A recount in Virginia could make it +10 if we take Alaska as well.......

Sullivan is up by 8,000 votes with 73% of the vote counted. But that margin may be bigger than it looks. The percentage is 49-45 and Alaska doesn't really have many people. If one looks at the percentages, a 4 point lead is a good lead with 3/4th of the vote counted. I think we will have to wait a week or so before we know for sure, but I would say Sullivan is looking pretty good.

Virginia with 95% of the vote counted Warner is up by 17,000. Now there is a little over 100,000 votes to be counted, so where those votes are is important and we have no way to know. On the other hand Alaska probably has only 78,000 or so votes to be counted.

Keep your fingers crossed. And who do we get funding to to help with the recounts if we need them????

I suppose the states pay for the recounts. They pay for the elections.

Do you have absolutely anything of value to add? Because frankly, I don't care for your little narcissistic assesment.

you guys lost because of Obama's agenda and pushing the police state while breaking the law. Nope, America voted to put a brick wall in front of him.
Like you've told your opposition, live with it. You lost and there's nothing you can do about that

I didn't lose. Well, I guess I did because the senate will never be composed of a variety of parties. So in essence I lost, but only because the democrats and republicans still hold the country hostage, and I am not adequately represented by either of those parties.

I guess I will have to live with the continued dissembling by Republican Voters who preach about the police state, but then don't elect officials who want to change it. I guess I will have to live with the continued dissembling by Democratic voters who preach about egalitarianism, then support feminist policy makers.

yeah. Thrilled. We all won, right?

Please describe this "police state" you keep blabbering about.

And we lost some seats- this time. Wait til you guys remind voters why they threw you out before- and you will. You're very good at that.

Too big a vote difference...If I was Gillespie I would go on TV and propose a simple, state wide recount, minus the horde of lawyers and the 'count all the votes' fraud...a simple recount done by the election folk, and then say I would abide by the result, good or bad and demand the dem agree. I have heard the recount takes under 48 hours. That said, I consider the chance of a reversal remote.

It's cool, you're in phase 2. Hopefully you can get to phase 3 and be prosperous in life. Congratulations for at least getting to phase 2 though, most don't.

Still worth a shot. Especially since they haven't counted the absentees and military vote yet. I don't want to tell them they don't count.

that cannot be right....there are hundreds of thousands of early votes (absentees) and those must have been counted. As to the military vote, it is getting so they never count that vote.
