Democrats, like the president, have NO trouble letting Benghazi go.

Our men were in Libya, doing who knows what, yet obviously on official business, funded by us, on our behalf, and were attacked and killed by terrorists, and as soon as Obama found out, he waited all of four seconds to let it go. As the sun was rising he was off on a jet headed to Vegas to party!

So who attacked us? Do you guys know? I'll tell you.. Ansar Al-Sharia.. Have we brought them to justice yet? Nope. Have we tried? Nope. The only thing the Obama administration did about it was invent a tall tale to misdirect everyone, which gave the terrorists a chance to escape and cover their tracks. Like yet another act of treason.

Why should people just let that go?

Money was not a problem. They had 200 million in the budget left. The cuts were for future years. As the testimony of the people involved said, money was not a factor but of course the democrat says it is because that is the narrative they want to project.

From Truman to Carter the debt as a % of GDP during every administration.
The National Debt was 800 Billion dollars, Reagan's tax cuts and his huge boosts to defense spending tripled the debt, to 2.4 Trillion.
H.W.Bush made modest tax increases but kept the low tax rates for the wealthy.
The deficits increased, the debt topped 4 trillion.
Clinton raised taxes on the wealthy, cut taxes for the lower income groups, and the deficits began to fall, until there were surpluses.
The debt increased to 5.5 Trillion, but when Clinton left office, the debt was decreasing.
W. Bush and a GOP congress turned that surplus into record deficits within a few years, with tax cuts and huge spending increases, handing off a 1.4 trillion dollar deficit to President Obama. A deficit made worse by the implosion of the economy, due to the implementation of Republican policies on the regulation of banking.
President Obama has reduced that deficit by more than half.

The majority of the 17 trillion in debt is due to Republican policies, tax cuts for the wealthy, ridiculous wars, and lax regulation of business.

 

So when they testified that money was not a problem and the democrat politicians said it was, you believe the politicians. LOL
