The GOP was marching in the streets?
    Blithering horseshit.

Over Trump's Presidency, as of today, 722 days, the Deficit has increased
    $1,970,299,326,075.90

Over Obama's final 722 days it increased
    $1,862,240,717,430.60

So debt growth under Trump is only 6% higher than Obama despite GDP growth being nearly 70% higher under Trump, than Obama. That's why debt to GDP is falling under Trump, whereas it was rising under Obama.
Destroyed by the IRS and the fake News Media, while you cheered their destruction, Silly!

Oh, and I'll add my suspicions are confirmed by who the white supremacists support (Trump), the racist things said by GOP members (Trump, Steve King, Roy Moore, etc.), and the tolerance the rest of the party has for this crap.

So yeah, the whole tea party rage was because a black guy was president and the country was getting browner.

BS. The dept-to-GDP ratio in 2010, when the Tea Party was throwing their hissy fit, was 96%. It's now 105%.

It was never about debt and deficits.

    Wrong again!

During Obama's presidency, the Federal Reserve also increased the debt by $2.4 trillion.

You offered zero substance. I provided for you details of what the man believes regarding spending and all you have it a generalization about Republicans, which he has been critical of and then called him "stupid". Next time try to post something not worthless and totally missing the point.

You sir are correct. It is what is right for all younger Americans. Clearly, the Baby Boomers spent like drunken sailors, but me as a Gen X, we will take any hit we can for the future.

Let's start reducing spending across the boards. It's the right thing to do for our children and grand children, regardless of ideology.

They tried under Obama and failed under Trump, because of Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell, who both suck on spending at the end of the day. The Liberty Caucus was all for it.

So the GOP doesn’t actually care about deficits, debt or runaway spending. Thank you

    Cold Hard Facts.

    Q1 - 15 it was 101.01
    q4 - 16 it was 105.26
Over Obama's last 7 quarters it GREW by 4.25 points

    Q3-18 it was 104.15
Over Trump's first 7 quarters it SHRANK by 1.11 points.

Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and U.S. Office of Management and Budget, Federal Debt: Total Public Debt as Percent of Gross Domestic Product [GFDEGDQ188S], retrieved from FRED, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis; https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/GFDEGDQ188S, January 12, 2019.

Finally, Trump has this economy moving the RIGHT direction!
The secret is you have to be growing GDP faster than you are growing the debt, and we are!

That they will always be with you. By all means, using your own money, be charitable.

Every time we vote for fiscally conservatives. Convince me liberals care about the deficits and debt?

Republicans are attempting to force the hand of the Democrats by continually lowering taxes, knowing that they aren’t revenue neutral. This is a bad faith “negotiation” from the start. Why would Democrats fall right into the hand of their political nemesis?
