It WAS a real threat, he had threaten people in the mall with it went off shooting him in the leg and then was pointed as a threat, he had the magazine on him it was just not inserted. He was a real threat until he was disarmed and cuffed or dead, he choose dead.

 

And what exactly did he and she do to that local school to make it go from a 10 to a 4? They took them over from the local school board and administrators or something?

 

it was a real threat, then it was not.... but like I said, the cops had no idea it was no longer a real threat as it was an unloaded gun, they had to assume the threat was real
