So in the US, a news network can go on air every night and say whatever they want about someone, slandering the HELL out of them, and that person must prove that those things are not true? Supporting him in his life decisions, or in his legal case?
Actually since he doesn't have a car or a license and it was his security guy's idea and his mom brought him there and was with him, he couldn't simply leave. We've discussed ad nausem how that is not a white power symbol. How do you know they were left wingers? Just because they were looting, that tells you their political status? Because it has nothing to do with the incident in question and is what is known as "propensity" evidence. It would also fall under the catch all "more prejudicial than probative". And it's remains odd that a motive somehow is not relevant in a murder case.
