The problem is that the CPD didn't "get someone else". This was their pick. And he LIED.

And I suspect I could, without much difficulty at all, find lies told by many of the other debate moderators picked by CPD over the years. Saying 'then we get someone else' is ignoring the reality that the CPD is and has been failing to select honest and unbiased moderators.

 

Then you should agree this commission thing needs to end since they wanted to have fewer debates and refused to schedule one before voting began, waiting a month afterwards to have the first one.

Many Americans don't care about those debates or voting. The debates uninformative and many of the questions are never answered because the moderators let the candidates talk about what they want to talk about. The debates are a joke.

 

I expect democrats and republicans to get together to schedule some debates. I wouldn't bet on it either.

For starters, an actual debate (candidate vs candidate) would be held.

 

2-3 candidates on the stage talking to each other. No moderator. Perhaps a timed agenda.

Just to recap: none of the protesters shot anyone on January 6th. In contrast, Steve Scalise and three other people were shot by a nutjob leftist at a practice for the Congressional baseball game.

No it wasn't, at least not for the vast majority of the thousands of protesters that showed up that day. And there was violence in DC on the day of Trump's inauguration too.

 

I really don't care what the MAGA's think about the seriousness of their action.

Most still believe Trump won. There's nothing to do with them.

The goal is to neutralize them politically and fortunately the majority of the electorate understands the seriousness of the threat.
