    billions for automated ticketing, traffic light timing changes to increase jams, lower speed limits and removal of driving lanes for bike lanes..... can't we just the smell the money burning...... err infrastucture building....

    LoL.... the sociopaths in power really really hate us. Primary every Republican who voted for this turd. Not a single of them should retain their power.
