Apparently someone flunked biology. You can screw yourself until you are blue and sore and conception will not result and you'll have no need of an abortion. If 2/3rds of Americans support unhindered first Tri abortion, and Dobbs is even more permissive than that, then it's likely that nearly 2/3rds of US States will do the same. Fake News. The 14th Amendment prohibits any group of citizens being classed as lesser than any other. The decision admitting the obvious, that there is no national guarantee to abortion in the Constitution, and that any such regulation is legitimately a State matter, is a SIX - three decision. Nullification is a just path for juries. Go for it.
BULLSHIT!!! Science has been very clear on when a fetus becomes a baby. Where the **** have you been????? It becomes a baby once it is born! Why do you think the date and time of birth is carefully recorded????
It’s not bullshit at all, there is no objective measure to use when a fetus becomes a baby. They can tell you when toes grow, when a heart beats, but not when a fetus becomes a baby. It’s a baby well before it is born, you are wrong.
You can try! I encourage it, I’m sure back always abortions on accident will go over well for the little murderers
As far as the abortion ruling goes, as based on the image screenshot in post 2, it doesn't look like abortion is now outright banned in the USA. However, I have seen a headline on Drudge Report that someone on the right has suggested a federal ban on abortion in response to the idea that Congress can now legislate making abortions legal on the federal level.
That was one of the clumsier deflections I've seen in a while. Have you been doing this long? Nobody was talking about "contraception", were they...? The vitally-important issue orbits around FREEDOM for American women... not "contraception".
Medicare advantage is a supplemental program and not everyone is a fit for it. I have not looked into it because when I retired and began this journey the plan I chose was a good fit. I may check into it next year.
So are the people who care about innocent life going to make laws and social programs to actually help that innocent life once they are born? Doubt it.
Why would they need to? Either the mothers and/or the fathers can help their newborns thrive or they can choose someone willing and able to parent their infants, like legal guardians or adoptive parents.
"Contraception", per se, is entirely peripheral to the thrust of what is really involved here -- again, the FREEDOM of American women. Nothing must impinge on that... or do you believe otherwise?
Went over to the feminist leftist gossip site I frequent to see what their take was - wow. I mean, these ladies are furious at third-party candidates and the people who voted for them. Special hatred towards Jill Stein. Several of them are describing health conditions as a result of the decision.
Yeh, but there's nothing in the Constitution requiring THAT, either.... Live by the Constitution... die by the Constitution. But, of course, it can always be AMENDED!
In spirit I am against abortion, but... Most women who have abortions have no business raising a kid for a variety of reasons. This will create a spike in welfare, problems in schools, eventually crime and prisons, and in general add to the misery of everyone.
Why are you afraid to deal with the 98% of elective abortion? Let's start with those the overwhelming vast majority instead of the extremely rare to justify totally unrestricted abortion.
