Well, I said my peace on this. I still don't think abortion should be outlawed in the fashion that it's going with protests and in these modern times Roe v. wade should be here to stay, and outlawing abortions is wrong, but I still only discourage it.
I have no problem I go with the science of life. You are making up terms now and again posting science nonsense. I have shown you from the medical textbooks the human life starts at creation. A person is a human being, a human who exist. That's all it takes. That you do not understand the difference between cancer cells and a complete being is not my problem it is yours. No you are conflating science with your made up term. From the medical textbooks. You have provided NOTHING in rebuttal but uninformed nonsense. We are discussing LIFE and the founding principle of this country that it is self evident that we are all created with that right to life, it is not based on you assigning some "personhood" or the government declaring you are now a human being. You are created as a human being as every human being who has ever existed.
That is why it is a lifetime appointment and must be confirmed by the Senate. And if a judge comes under political corruption they can be impeached and removed. And in this case the majority justices did their job as the Constitution requires and interpret according TO the Constitution. Judges are not suppose to rule based on what they may think is good for society, or what a poll shows people want. The rule according to the law and the Constitution. The legal arguments in the Alito ruling as I cite previous are sound and logical and according to the Constitution. RvW was bad law from day one and even Ginsberg predict one day it would be properly challenge and found to that bad law. We are also a FEDERAL system here. What powers not directly assigned to the federal government are retained by the States and the People. Instead of the judges you seem to want to admonish for being politically corrupt it will be decided by the people in their respective states. Why would you not prefer that in light of your disdain for the Supreme Court here? And I notice you are from France. Where I find "Abortion in France is legal on demand during the first 14 weeks from conception." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abort...rance is legal, first 14 weeks from conception. Where the law which the SCOTUS upheld for Mississippi goes one week further to 15 weeks. Should you really be criticizing my country instead of your own?
Questions: How many of those rapes resulted in a child? How many of the victims of rape did not know that they were raped prior to the 6th week? There are at least 12 abortion pills on the market. Take one a few days after being raped, and the pregnancy does not become an issue. A woman that has been raped should not wait longer then 6 weeks to decide to terminate the pregnancy.
There are no rights involved. Neither the fed nor the states can take away rights. The SC concluded that abortion was an invented "right" based on bad law.
Then what they take away was never a right. I think you are confusing rights with privileges and indulgences.
Just gave you 3 reasons why the anti abort thumpers are not good students .. no research required .. already done and posted. 1) Bible does not prohibit abortion .. it commands it. 2) Pope --- not a good track record .. nothing in the Bible suggesting soul arrives at conception .. only that soul can exist prior to conception. 3) Not followers of the teachings of Jesus .... making law on the basis of Religious believe "verbotten" and yes .. we should tell these RINO's to stop violating the principles of Republicanism.
Even if some end up being dependent upon some level of government help for a time, it is preferable to their being forever dead.
You know whenever I use the word "borrow" I assume that eventually a person pays back what they borrowed.
Over 100,000 Japanese/American's were stripped of their rights and imprisond, so don't tell me it can't be done. And the 2nd did nothing.
They interpret according to the Constitution? Do you know how hopeless that sounds? They interpret means they read into it what they want. My country has à unified, non political view of abortion...even though it is historically catjolic We view law as NON RELIGIOUS and respect both secularity and unity. You could learn from France.
No relevance? Canada PM Trudeau said they're prepared to help any American woman who wants an abortion. You aren't going to win.
To whom is it preferable? Certainly not the fetus. So because it’s “preferable” to you it’s ok to force women to bring to term and unwanted pregnancy? Imagine how you would feel if you were force to do something you didn’t want to do. You’d be pretty damn pi55ed off and wouldn’t stand for it, right? Huh…go figure.
Black people aren't stupid—they know Republicans are a home for white racists. (Yeah, I know Democrats put up with back racists.)
They read the Constitution as it is written and intended. It was RvW that had no basis in the Constitution to begin with. We view law as NON RELIGIOUS too it is a constitutional requirement. We are a federal republic of states, you are not. We did learn from France, how not to set up our government. You could learn from Mississippi which has a more liberal abortion law than your country it seems.
There is only one life being threatened in an abortion and it's the life of that human being in the womb. I quoted the SCIENCE to you. The BIOLOGY of life. How we human beings are created. And in my country we are CREATED with that self-evidence right to life. It is in our founding document. Please stick with my post. And your law on abortion is stricter than the one in Mississippi which was the subject of the ruling here. So by your measure you are the more nuttier.
