It’s not desperate at all. I already said rape would make an acceptable circumstance if it were reported immediately. A child shouldn’t be having sex so if they were dumb enough to do that at a young age they’re going to learn the hard way failed birth control is no excuse. This is about a beating heart.
There is no "beating heart" at 6 weeks but regardless - even if there were you have not supported claim that this constitutes "a child" - a living human such that the term Murder applies. Failed Birth control is a fine excuse - and one could abort pior to a heart cell even existing in the case of a broken condom for example. Then you do not state why rape would be acceptable wheras - other cases or not. When/if you do back up this claim I predict you will contradict yourself.

I knew people that had sex at the age of 12 growing up. So don’t tell me they can’t consent. one of them actually had a kid at a pretty young age. I thought he was awesome for taking care of it too. If they did not consent that’s called rape. What did I say about rape?

When I was in high school I knew kids that did have sex. I don’t know if it was legal consent but neither party seemed to to be against it. They used to brag about it.
Probable but the question is why particularly pre puberty children. Often they are the victims of incest and have become sexualised prematurely
