You know, the funny thing is, for a bunch of old fogies and blue hairs, you Paul-o-phobes sure are childish.

 

It may be, and it may be that he'll get very little done other than to dismantle much of the power that the Executive has usurped from Congress over the last few decades. However, not getting things done is much better than growing the government. He can certainly prevent that. And, electing him would be a clear message that the values of liberty are still important to a significant portion of the electorate. It would lead to a much wider field of liberty minded candidates who will latch on to Ron Paul's base. That's going to happen anyway, as Paul is not going to live forever, but the closer he gets to being elected the better it is for those who value freedom and worse for those who worship state power.
