Ron Paul claims there was nothing incendiary in his newsletters

    If Paul can show he took immediate action and fired those responsible and terminated the news letters I would accept that.
    Better would be if he had returned the money from them to charity and continued to argue against racism going forward.

    Did he keep that money ?

    All candidates will make mistakes.

    #1 giving guns to mexican drug cartels that kill many civilians
    #2 supporting obamacare
    #3 taking money from fannie mae
    #4 sleeping around on your wife
    #5 allowing incendiary comments to appear in your newsletter
    #6 hiring illegals

    These are just my opinions BTW

    SOMEHOW, this is a bigger deal than someone supporting the bailouts and being funded by the banks. Something I don't really hear coming out of the media everyday.

    They finally got something on Ron Paul and are going to attempt to ride it until his death. Sadly, it is very weak and it has already been disavowed by Ron Paul.

    Well, actually, Ron Paul and Obama are very similar people. Both are hypocrites. Both are soft on racism (black racism for Obama obviously). And frankly I'm not sure which is more dangerous. I don't think I would vote in an election between the two of them, and I'm a very pragmatic conservative. I'm just not sure which is less evil. Paul is nutty to the core.

    I think he's referring to the claim Paul has made that a ghostwriter wrote his newsletter. If he made money off these newsletters as he admits, then technically, he was the ghostwriter's employer. Scary but true (if indeed he didn't write them).
