Well suing in court is not going to happen before the election. However the yearbook could be examined by qualified forensic experts in the meantime and that should proceed ASAP.

Tell me something. How does the validity of the signature in that yearbook "completely destroy" the stories of 7 women?

Not necessarily. All that has to be involved are constituents, who don't even have to be in the country. Look up Congressman Leo Ryan for an example.

FYI, Alabama has 7 Representatives and 1 Senator with Moore running for the second Senatorial seat.

Every time I expect you to come up with an intelligent and thought provoking response, I am sorely disappointed.

Refusing to have it examined by forgery experts leads to the obvious assumption that the woman is lying

No, it allows you to confirm what you wanted to believe.

    Confirmation bias.

It was sure used as proof when the story first came out to validate her story. It was, see see see, he wrote his name right here.

I believe handwriting experts have testified in many, many cases with regard to the legitimacy of hand written evidence.

Her client is vindicated and Moore's denials now go from doubtful to absolutely worthless. Of course if you aren't so sure, as it looks like you are not, better for Allred to hang onto this yearbook and continue a case based entirely on conjecture and unsubstantiated claims...like with the yearbook, for example.

If Moore does not admit he assaulted this girl he knew, even with his name signed into her yearbook when he has vehemently
denied it all along, it's all the more reason not to vote him into office because he has denied everything!
How will it look if his denials are shown to be false? Not very good for Moore and the signature could well be innocuous but Moore
    has denied it anyway.

So reasons for Allred to keep the yearbook away from an independent third party for evaluation? In a case where it's claim against counter claim there are no good reasons at all....unless Allred already thinks the yearbook angle is fake and her client's case will dissolve away
    under scrutiny.

So what does Allred and her client have to lose by hanging onto the yearbook despite their claims it's got Roy Moore's name in it, in his own hand? Credibility. Any moral authority they might have gained by having the signature authenticated. That's all.
She stands to lose plenty if her client has concocted this story and now cannot verify it, though she presumably could, if she were not lying

The Roy Moore voter in Alabama is going to rightly think, if that's Roy Moore's name in her yearbook why won't she have it verified?
You can call the people of Alabama stupid...but that question is a very good one.

Ummm. no. Just no  .

"He made the journey in his role as chairman of a congressional subcommittee with jurisdiction over U.S. citizens living in foreign countries."

What is the jurisdiction here especially over charges which are beyond any statute of limitations. They would have to wait if and until he would be elected and THEN they could hold hearings before the ethics committee.

FYI I live and vote in Alabama I know very well what is our congressional delegation and under what circumstances Moore is running.

Signatures and writing can be authenticated and the ink would most likely not be carbon dated which cannot be so specific but put under spectrum analyser to confirm the ink is the same in the text as in the signature.

I'm not you seem to be. He would be brought up on ethics charges IF he wins the election. There is no current basis for a congressional investigation at this time that I can think of.

McConnell hates him, that should be enough for him to be subject to an ethics investigation, but that may also require investigating Franken, who is clearly guilty, so maybe Moore skates, the Swamp's first allegiance is to itself.

The "evidence" against Judge Roy Moore is collapsing like a wet taco and those within the GOP who were loudly calling for his removal are now strangely silent. The opponent is now openly opposing the Border Wall as "too expensive" or something. Yes, that'll appeal to the voters in Alabama, no doubt. Pass the popcorn.

Franken is already subject of an upcoming investigation and because McConnell hates him should not be the justification. The accusations should stand alone to trigger one which I believe they would.

There are certainly questions which need to be resolved the question is how and could it be done before the election. People are overstating the support for Moore the man and confusing it with the political here. Most I know either will not vote for him or vote for him in anticipation of his removal if he wins.

BOOM! Witness Drops Bomb! PROVES Gloria Allred and Accuser Nelson Were Lying – SAYS MEDIA WOULD NOT TALK With HER.

Gloria Allred was lying and so was the national media.

1.) The Olde Hickory House required employees to be at least 16. Beverly Nelson claims she was 15 when she started.

2.) The restaurants dumpsters were on the side of the building and not in back as Nelson claimed.

3.) A former employee says the restaurant NEVER closed at 11 PM as Nelson claimed.

4.) Customers at the counter were served by the bartender or cook and not by any waitress.

5.) The witnesses claim they have shared this information with several news outlets but they have refused to report the truth!

Rhonda Ledbetter, who worked at the restaurant at the time, hesitated come forward but she said, “As a moral and ethical person,” she had to come forward. Rhonda said she never remembered ANYONE come into the restaurant in a suit and that Roy Moore NEVER came into the restaurant.

There are growing calls that Gloria Allred and Beverly Nelson should be charged with fraud.
