Well I'm talking about the person(s) who did. And I have voted against Moore everytime he has run including voting for Democrats. I am tired of and against the Democrats bring up last minute unprovable, undefendable charges waiting until after the date Moore could have been replaced on the ballot, I am tired of them paying women to smear men as they did against Steve Windom when he he for Lt. Governor, I'm tired of them trying to insinuate the current governor has a secret lesbian relationship.

democrats can't help people coming forward against republicans anymore then republicans can help people coming forward against democrats... it happens

but I agree, it's alleged rape, not rape - same as it's allegedly the women is lying, not she is lying

Democrats are the ones who bring them forward even hire them to make false accusations and in Moore's case makingbsure it was after the date he could have been replaced on the ballot. Do you think Anita Hill "just came forward"? Professor Ford?

Is that Democrat LT. Governor in Virginia still in office?

There is no evidence whatsoever that he ever did anything wrong, only decades old unsubstantiated accusations. We've seen what sort of people liberals are. Odd how you folks gave Ellison a pass, heck MN liberals elected him to office. Without double standards you liberals would have no standards at all...

This scandal had nothing to do with Trump. It was just Alabama politics involving a senile old governor and a middle-aged woman who had an affair with him to get contracts for her husband's business. The result was a governor who resigned, and the new governor ordered an election to fill Jeff Sessions' seat. The former Alabama AG under the cheating governor (Strange), had been filling Sessions' seat until the election. Strange was Trump's choice, as Strange had been a perfect yes man in the Senate. Strange lost to Moore in the primary runoff.

His views on separation of church and state. He was the "Ten Commandments Judge" who posted the Ten Commandments in his courtroom. He parlayed that fame into winning office as Alabama Supreme Court chief justice (which is a statewide elected position). He was removed from that office for putting in a monument to the Ten Commandments in the Alabama Supreme Court lobby, and then refusing to take it down after a federal court ordered it. He was then removed from office for judicial misconduct. He then ran for Alabama governor and lost. Then he ran for Chief justice again, and won. He was removed from office a second time for refusing to allow gay marriage (after the SCOTUS ruled).

I think he has cost a poor state a lot of money in legal shenanigans. There's no reason that a state that has such money problems that it almost shut down the court system for a month should have a chief justice that stirs up trouble that just costs the state more money. I'm a fiscal conservative and I'm against state officers tilting at windmills for no practical purpose.

The SCOTUS building itself has six depictions of Moses the Lawgiver.

That was done before the Lemon ruling--it could not be done today (or after 1971) Also, it was done legitimately, not by sneaking into the courthouse in the middle of the night.

Then surely citing the federal law that changed in 1971 won't be a problem, so ante up already.
And so was the placement of "Roy's Rock".

Just like any other what in AL? We convict pedophiles and put them in jail when we can, you find that unusual or something.
