When Obama the community organizer entered the White House in 2009, 13% of the U.S. Navy's ships were not able to put to sea and fight. By 2014 less than 50% of the USN ships were able to put to sea and fight.

American soldiers are not rapists and pillagers, Canadian soldiers were there on the battlefields of Afghanistan for yrs. We killed and were killed.
Also we had a Liberal Prime Minister that rounded up the Japanese Canadians and put then in concentration camps. Another Liberal Prime Minister rounded up hundreds of French Canadians in the late 1960s and put them in prison with no charges being laid against them.
Right up until the 1980s, Canadians were fine with residential schools. That's where my kin the Cree, all other first nations and we Metis were sent to as children to have the Indian taken out of us.
