The reality is, when Putin tried to conquer all of Ukraine he sent a message, and the West heard it loud and clear. You know what it is, anyone paying attention knows.. Europe has a history of war going back thousands of years. They thought they finally got it under control. So, among the emotions they felt when Putin made it clear Russia was back in the business of conquering entire countries, was shock, and then outrage.

That's why you got this incredible response from a bunch of countries that had been having trouble agreeing on the time of day.
