There is no doubt that the Government takes UFO sightings seriously, firehouses across the country are equipped with FEMA's "The Fire Officers Guide to Disaster Control' it contains a full chapter (of course it would be chapter 13) called Enemy Attack and UFO Potential. It describes in detail the role of the fire department in the event of UFOs arriving in their local communities.

The book tells firefighters that radio contact with dispatchers could be lost and engine trouble with their trucks could be expected, city lights and generators could malfunction. The fire departments are understandably reluctant to admit that they use the manual for training but virtually all fire stations in the country have the manual and it is our understanding that it is something they actually use in their ongoing training sessions. The fire departments must assume the worst to prepare for specific disasters so the manual only deals with unfriendly aliens and makes no suggestion or comment that 'first contact' could be from friendly or benevolent beings. You mean apart from the aliens living among us and sharing their awesome technology with us poor, inadequate humans? So, where did they come from, these aliens? Oh, and these alien advisory handbooks are no different from the civil defence pamphlets we had shoved through our doors in case of a nuclear confrontation. They do not imply that there are aliens, merely what to do in case there are. That's about it.
Naturally the nonsense about aliens is a fantastic cover and diversion for what goes on in places like Groom Lake. Convince the gullible masses that space aliens are out and about, and that there are (sssh...) alien space ships in Area 51, and you have a compliant, non-questioning public which sees things like the stealth aircraft in their development phase, convinces itself that the weird shape is an alien spaceship etc, etc...

 

The HAVE BLUE Program at the Groom Lake Facility resulted in the F-117, B-2 and F/A-22. There were a great number of supposed Alien Craft sightings which were really sightings of Stealth Aircraft.

The base that houses Alien Craft is WRIGHT PATTERSON which is home of the U.S. Air Force Reverse Engineering Division.

Now the FEMA Handbook I have listed is VERY different from standard Civil Defense Protocols and if you read it you will soon see HOW DIFFERENT.

The best evidence that has been leaked that definitively proves that the U.S. Government is aware that E.T. exists is in a letter sent to General Curtis LeMay the founder of SAC....and the man who coined the saying..."BOMB THEM BACK TO THE STONE AGE!"

Back in the day shortly after the Roswell N.M. incident and crash the 2 crash sites were combed and all Alien Material and Bodies were packed up and sent to what was at the time Wright Field and now is Wright Patterson AFB and it is important to know that because this recovered alien material was sent to Wright Field that this was the reason that Wright Field would be changed into Wright Patterson AFB home to the USAF's Reverse Engineering Division.

At the time FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover was LIVID with General Curtis LeMay as LeMay REFUSED to allow Hoover access to the Alien bodies, alien craft debris and any data that LeMay was at the time in control of at Wright Field.

Hoover sent a letter to LeMay threatening him to release such information and to allow the FBI Director access to the base.

General LeMay finally had IKE warn Hoover not to pursue the issue any longer which Hoover responded by sending THREATS to IKE in the form of pictures and recordings of IKE's activities before IKE became President that could have if released cause IKE issues.

If members recall FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover was an extremely powerful man and Hoover was said to have dirt on everyone which makes it all the more alarming that Hoover did in fact drop the issue as it was said that HOOVER had a visit paid to him by the newly created U.S. Alien Specific Intelligence Agency which people now day's refer to as the Men in Black....but actually exists as a Disinformation and Security Intelligence Agency of the U.S. with over all authority over ANY AGENCY and with a Security Clearance higher than a standing U.S. President.

Only two U.S. Presidents since Truman have held as high a security clearance as this Agency Members have those Presidents being IKE and George Bush Sr.

Anyways....these Top-Secret letter corespondents between Hoover and General LeMay were stored in a U.S. Government File Facility for decades and as they existed before the age of Computers and Microfiche they stayed in paper form.

Back years ago when the Freedom of Information act was about to be installed as Law...various U.S. Government Agency's began SCRUBBING all older data and information that would be old enough to be publicly released under the Freedom of Information act and this was done thoroughly however they FORGOT about a few very old Government PAPER FILES STORAGE BUILDINGS.

As this was realized just prior to the Freedom of Information act being active and it was unreasonable for Government vehicles to cart off files as such File Storage Buildings were being watched around the clock by activist groups making sure such files were not removed....it was decided that such UFO or Alien specific sensitive data simply be....RELOCATED and the Hoover/LeMay letters were simply filled in the Dept. of Agriculture Files.

There they remained for years until a man doing research on U.S. Farmland in N.M. dug the LeMay/Hoover Letters out of the Dept. of Agriculture Paper File Storage area of the building and placed this data on the internet.

Though I do believe the government knows at the very least more than they're disclosing, if not the full truth, I don't think the fact that there are contingency plans for dealing with UFO's is evidence of it. Just as I don't think we'll ever invade Canada, I have no doubt that somewhere in the bowels of the Pentagon is a detailed plan to do just that, that is monitored and updated on a regular basis.

As to who is running this “secret regime” Snowden and his cohorts were warning about, FSB experts in this report say, was confirmed this past weekend by former Canadian defense minister Paul Hellyer who was given access to all of Snowden’s documents by Russian intelligence services and stated they were, indeed, “accurate.”

Even though Defense Minister Hellyer’s exact statements to the FSB in regards to Snowden’s documents remain classified, shortly after his “extensive electronic interview” by the FSB he was allowed to appear on Russia Today’s program SophieCo this past fortnight where he shockingly admitted that aliens have “been visiting our planet for thousands of years” and described several types of these extraterrestrials, including “Tall Whites” who are working with the US Air Force in Nevada.

Of the many explosive revelations in this FSB report, the one most concerning to Russian authorities are the Snowden’s documents “confirming” that the “Tall Whites” (further revealed by Defense Minister Hellyer as noted above) are the same extraterrestrial alien race behind the stunning rise of Nazi Germany during the 1930’s.

Obama does not even have the clearance level required to even access E.T. related data.

There have only been two U.S. Presidents since Truman to hold the highest Clearance Level.

My wife is a gifted Pentecostal girl from Ecuador.

Through her I ended up in contact with a segment of the population that in the past I did not know even existed.

On one of the Sid Roth programs President Obama was seen using glossalia.....(speaking in tongues).... which usually implies a connection to a past life.

The first time that this ever happened to my wife somebody in the room stated that she was praising God in a dialect from India that she knew fairly well.

I am not sure..... but it may have been in the book "The Eighth Tower" by John Keel where I read about Marconi doing experiments that knocked out all cars within about two miles of where he was doing his experiments.

Once the experiment was completed the cars started up again as if nothing had been wrong.

I can't remember if it is ultra low frequency radio waves........ ultra low frequency sound waves..........or micro waves........ that have the capability to do pretty much exactly this to the human body........
