according to the story in texas the use of lethal force was justified if the pedophile climaxes in the presence of the child. if he were to run to the bathroom and climax in privacy, i am not sure if a jury would excuse an execution in that case, though it is possible depending on the jury.

i respectfully disagree as we do accept psychopaths acting on their behavior whether they are born that way or not, as when the rich and political leaders conspire together to send the poor and middle class out to fight wars for oil like in iraq, it was accepted by most.
