The FBI claims they discussed dirt, Downer outright states that Papadoupolis didn't state so clearly, hence it's a contradiction. Let me spell it out clearer for you: At no point did the FBI gain even circumstantial evidence that a crime occurred, or was about to occur. They most certainly didn't learn about the hacks from Papadoupolis(or in the words of Rod Rosenstein 'No American has been charged'), or will EVER be charged.

Russia threads will forever and all time go to the Conspiracy Thread. No one can say with a straight face that there are any Russians. The DOJ can say that even less now with what we know. We also know this: The full story hadn't been told, maybe one day the DOJ will have the courage to show us that "irrefutable evidence".

I myself wonder why Barr/Durham hasn't laid down the hammer, but they should. Perjury is a crime, lying is a crime. And now with the IG report confirming they lied, non-prosecution would embarrass the DOJ for all time.

Horowitz's report took 21 months. Mullers report took 2 years and that was considered fast. The only FBI/DOJ investigation that seemed fast was the HRC email investigation. The reason was that the outcome was predetermined and phony from the start. Durham's investigation is not expected before late spring or summer. Even then, it may not be complete and could stay open beyond 2020 depending on election results.
