Then he should have no problem testifying in court or before Congress. Until that happens, your supposed God is just as fictional as Xenu.
Figured this was under the surface. But where in the Bible does God condone abortion? From what I read it appears he’s perfectly fine with killing children. Exodus 12:29-30 “At midnight the Lord struck down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of the livestock. And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he and all his servants and all the Egyptians. And there was a great cry in Egypt, for there was not a house where someone was not dead.” Hosea 13:16 “Samaria shall bear her guilt, because she has rebelled against her God; they shall fall by the sword; their little ones shall be dashed in pieces, and their pregnant women ripped open.” Not much morality here.
Yes, abortion is killing a human being. Claiming to care about these human beings is fraudulent. Those who care are providing care. Those who don't are citing science.
Okay, lets look at it this way. More children means a draw on everyone ...to say they must live even when unwanted or abandoned makes you morally responsible for the children's welfare. Don't scream for a tax cut while forcing an economic burden because of your political viewpont. Someone has to feed, clothe , house, educate, and guide these little creatures untill they come of age. Taxes will have to pay for this and we still may end up with a generation of misfits.
I would love to live in a world that has no abortion and everyone is happy and care free. But I do not. And I am a male so I will never have an abortion. ....You can count on me!!
Your article does not support your claim - never mind refute the 4 different scientific perspectives that contradict your "human life begins at conception" claim. You did not even post anything from the article that supports your claim or refutes the 4 scientific perspectives that contradict your claim. Running around in circles crying "NO NO NO ... Pathetic .. your post means nothing" is not an argument for anything other than your inability to actually make an argument
Then we should do away with ALL homicide laws. Whilst on the subject, let's just scrap the entire criminal and civil code altogether.
Im very not glad that you're equating human free will, choice, the fundamentals of individual liberty, with 'opinion.' Thats either extremely disingenuous ...or you're a collectivist. Either way, not good.
Would you put up with mandatory organ donation? Mind you the governmental neglect of infants and children in red states could be considered homicide by neglect
Which would you rather save A living breathing child Or something that may or may not be a viable human
The weakest of the weakest arguments. On the other side, lets fit women with pregnancy transmitters to that the moment they become pregnant, the government can track them!
Oh! Don't give them ideas like that, afterall, despite their arguments, it is the ONLY way to end abortion...
With all these religious warriors so concerned about meddling in the private lives of women to save fetuses, why is it that there are soooo many children in the foster care system? You'd think that if they actually cared about the well-being of children, that would be their first goal...since the system is overflowing with those kids who clearly need help and homes. But I never hear one of these types actually talking about real children...helping the ones that are already out there with homes...or poverty, etc. The only thing they ever talk about is how to control the private rights of women. Can anyone point to a post where one of these people actually talked about the declining quality of life for existing children? You'd just think that would be a major focus for them.
Gosh... such good points. Clearly then, because of the danger, we need to actively regulate the entire process, right? I mean, isn't that the progressive way? How about we make everyone register, make them purchase a license first. Then maintain a massive database and create spot checks on participants. Stiff fines, and harsh penalties for those who don't register, incarceration even for those who make this habitual..... Now see, there is a progressive solution.
You mean... gasp, not having sex? Cause last time I looked, that does very effectively create reliable contraception......
hahhahaha...good luck with that. Why don't republicans first find all the missing caged children from a couple months back before we start putting dog tags on women. Oh, hang on...my vagina beeper is going off...
But you guys love big intrusive government... right? What's wrong with just using the model you guys use for everything else? I mean, you love this stuff.. right? Maybe we can set up a tiered system. You know, good state regulations, like the DMV. Then, for good measure, we can use the federal assistance allocations and tie it to compliance in each state to get states to take on this new responsibility of theirs. Then, we can tax folks for not having a license, you know, like health insurance... That way, we can make sure that any societal cost of irresponsible breeding can be borne by those who refuse to submit to the plan... I'm sure its all super legal, and constitutional and stuff, right?
The federal government is supposed to get involved in policy issues...that's actually what they're there for...education, healthcare, regulation...not privacy issues like abortion or the internet. Its pretty clear you know nothing about Progressives and are just trolling. Its actually the new republican who wants to legislate social issues...not the liberals. Have you considered getting offline and doing some reading or something?
