Lots of criminals never get charged, you should know that. Look at Hunter Biden, a coke snorting derelict and he walks around free.

Your kind of stuck there between denial and anger.
Just give into it. McCabe is off the hook.

If McCabe has broken the law, surely one of you will be able to identify which law he has broken. Which title / section of USC did he break?

It's 18 USC Sec.1001. Look it up yourself. Geez.

BTW, mccabe ADMITS to lying. He later apologized saying it was accidental... which is a lie.

Wow Barr is more incompetent than I realized! You better email him this law!

Nah a judge shamed them into admitting the obvious. They had nothing.

Not incompetent, corrupt. It's the Selective Prosecutors department. They will pick and choose, depending on if the person is too high on the totem pole whether or not we will uphold American laws. If you're too high up, or aligned with "their people", then they can do anything with no regard.

But for those of us little citizens? Well, you get 5 AM raids.

I'm actually more concerned that the DOJ is attempting to subvert the convictions handed down by a jury of Stone's peers. Taking away the power of the people should disturb every American citizen no matter which party they support.

You’d better share tha with Barr. He and his DOJ don’t seem to be aware of it.
Or, more likely, they looked at it very closely and saw that the evidence just didn’t support a charge.

Oh they know, they need his cooperation in the Durham investigation...they are throwing him a bone with what the IG already discovered

Sounds criminal to me, ask Roger Stone. Ask Michael Flynn.

I don't argue with you on this one. I imagine at least with Flynn, it was a matter of National Security, which McCabe clearly didn't broach.

And McCabe didn't lie to Congress, so perhaps somebody weighs that more than lying to the FBI.

There's no doubt that some lies are worse than others... Righties just seem to instinctively pick the worse ones then try and make everything seem equally bad....

The SOB lied four times, three of those times under oath. But they recommend nine years for Trump’s friends.

This is why people hate Washington and liberal Dems.

    So is Trump.

McCabe is a proven liar, there's a reason he was fired. Only a garbage network like CNN will have him.

Brennan, Clapper, and arguably Comey lied to Congress.

The Øbama appointed IG DOJ recommended he be prosecuted for lying and for leaking classified information. And you think that McCabe walking sends what sort of signal.

Nah. They would not release such a non-prosection statement in that event. They gave him a pass on the recommendations by the Øbama appointed IG DOJ.
