sea animals can liver longer than land animals?

    sea animals can live longer than land animals?
    I find out most animals can live over 100 years are fishes.

    Excluding that some tortoises, parrots, and my grandmother in law have all shown the ability to live past 100; yes. There is even the immortal jellyfish, which can theoretically live forever. I suppose that, since all life began in the ocean, once an animal masters surviving to sexual maturity, the next evolutionary step is to master staying there as long as possible and they have millions of years more practice.

    Well, clams can live for 500+ years. Heck, turtles can live for 350+ years. Darwins pet turtle just died not too long ago.
