    There is no express Immigration Clause; if it is not expressly there, it doesn't exist and cannot be implied.

    yes, actually you are. the constitution specifically empowers congress to make law in a number of areas, specifically, immigration included. and here you are telling ne it doesn’t.

    Gun control doesn't violate 2A because the latter refers to disallowing infringement of the right to bear arms. Abridgment is allowed.

    The logical way to counter abridgment is to vote for modifications in gun control, and that requires the consent of the majority of residents.
