    How are you Bluebird? Yes I did. I posted it last night somewhere on this forum. http://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow/...fied-info-with-russian-officials-944662083572 Hi Mr. Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, who arranged all these meetings with Russia and Trump associates and family members Lol! You just can't make this stuff up. Everything, and I do mean everything, fits so perfectly with this Russia/ Trump scandal.

    Why? Because of a corrupt Republican party who is as corrupt as Trump? Yea, I can go along with that. That's the "only" reason he wouldn't be impeached.

    Spot on, BWK-- I'll go look for the thread---
    Trump is continuing the collusion right under our noses & the GOP is trying so hard to turn a blind eye--Problem is,when you start off with a "fake" Presidency with controversy & scandal & appoint top positions with controversy & scandal, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that what we are seeing on a daily basis is the result of the wrong person getting sworn in on January 20th----

    Even if the house and senate flop to Dem control, he won't be impeached.

    Why won't he be impeached?
    Because the majority of people, and thus, the majority of elected officials, aren't bigoted partisan extremists.

    At some point you need to accept to the fact that Trump will remain in office until his term(s) expire.

    All though, I'm not sure that is something you want to brag about, seeing that you and I will never be beneficiaries of that corruption?

    It is one of her best. You have to watch the entire segment to really appreciate this intricate web of corruption. You begin to try and guess just how many players are involved in this giant conspiracy?

    This isn't about partisan extremism. This is about a mountain of illegal acts that have been proven. Illegal activity shouldn't be partisan. Giving out sensitive intelligence that was partnered with another intelligence agency just so it wouldn't be revealed, shouldn't be a partisan issue by making the idiotic excuse that it is not illegal.

    Seven pages, and not one counter argument from the Right. Now that is pitiful.

    What is pitiful is you think that Trump is going to be impeached of what you're trying to float.

    As usual, the left has nothing substantial. Baseless speculative claims rooted in the entertainment industry and pundits that have a loose knowledge of the law, and a wide vocabulary designed to spark outrage in the mouth-breathing card holders of the Democratic Party.

    Nowhere in your inane post have you provided any proof to your claims, and you have failed to put together anything that would persuade anyone that isn't deeply rooted in their own confirmation bias. Step back, rethink, and try again.

    Don't hold your breath.
    Well, "They" sure haven't exactly been jumping all over themselves defending him, or pushing through legislation.

    No, the establishment types within the GOP aren't any friend of Trump, Of course neither are the D's.

    The issue is the impeachment and removal of a President.

    You cited US Code claiming Trump has violated that piece of the code and I explained that yes as Clinton did and was held in contempt of court and plea bargained the criminal charge and was impeached.

    The Democrats said those acts did not constitute grounds for removal from office.

    So let's debate.

    So why wasn't President Clinton removed from office after violating that code?

    One would have to be incredibly stupid and tripped out completely on the most potent drugs out there, not to see the connection. That said, the Republican party is playing along as co conspirators in this obvious partnership Trump has with Russia and the Crown Prince. Most in the party don't seem to care what the partnership is? Corrupt or otherwise.

    Clinton isn't part of this thread, which is off topic. And yes, the issue is about impeachment and removal of a president, of which, the intended person, (Trump), who is the subject of this thread, is very qualified to be impeached at this time.

    The topic is the impeachment of a President and the particular statute you cited.

    You cited US Code claiming Trump has violated that piece of the code and I explained Clinton did and was held in contempt of court and plea bargained the criminal charge and was impeached.

    The Democrats said those acts did not constitute grounds for removal from office.

    I did. I just happened to draw the same conclusion I did before, from which Republicans don't seem to have a counter argument for;
    (b)Whoever knowingly uses intimidation, threatens, or corruptly persuades another person, or attempts to do so, or engages in misleading conduct toward another person, with intent to—
    (1)
    influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding;
    (2)cause or induce any person to—
    (A)
    withhold testimony, or withhold a record, document, or other object, from an official proceeding;

    According to the standard set by the Democrats, this does not rise to the level of an impeachable offense.

    Well, my take is that trump can make this all go away 'today",he could put on his big boy pants,release his tax returns & own up to his connections to Russia---However he can't, he chose to go down the rabbit hole & in my opinion he chose that rabbit hole before he even tossed his hat in the ring to run for POTUS---
    Regardless of how cowardly the GOP representatives are,it is the American people who will eventually hold him accountable----stay tuned---

    Nope, hiding behind off topic nonsense again. The thread is specifically about Trump and his qualifications for impeachment. No one else. You are exposing desperation by linking this conversation to someone else.
