    So if I follow your logic, sonny boy, you think people have the decision whether or not to be born into a family of wealth or adequate means so that they won’t find themselves scrounging the streets dealing drugs, dropping out of school, joining gangs, and ending up in jail? That’s the DECISION you are referring to, huh?

    Legal Rights apply to that one already possess. It is definitely not a legal right to have it provided. Legal rights really only means that is not Illegal. See more details in the next paragraph.

    If there are not enough jobs to go around then unemployment is an unavoidable fact. That is where the state ought to be obliged to “provide” them (or alternatives to "mainstream" employment) unless it accepts the fact that it consequently must allot fair-wage unemployment benefits. Earning a job is just plain silly and doesn’t even abide by rules supplied by the dictionary ... in this context.
