Those idiots had both the house in the Senate 11 sessions. That's 22 years that they could have passed some sort of legislation on abortion. But they didn't.

You can't use the court to legislate and this should be a painful lesson for Democrats.

No, I am asking if you would be ok how these judges were selected and placed on the court by not allowing a hearing and then rushing one through right before they were ejected from office.

There were hearings. I remember a fiasco involving kavanaugh. And I remember gorsuch.

I didn't complain when Obama pointed kegan or that incompetent moron Sotomayor I didn't complain when Biden appointed whatever her name is that he appointed.

Then amend the constitution to define abortion as a civil right. Until that happens, its state jurisdiction. And not just for abortion. Thats how its supposed to work for everything. By using the courts to interpret rights out of existing laws, all it takes is a re-interpretation to undermine them again. Rights are supposed to be amended into the constitution in part to prevent exactly this from happening.
