That's a very good point, two of the people most responsible for our Country/Constitution, with the only one that has openly shown disdain for our heritage at the same memorial.

Maybe, but on the other hand the anti war movement had pretty much died off since Obama became President, even though war didn't die off. Seen any protests against our bombing of ISIS?

I actually had a leftist argue with me supporting our little war against Libya because we needed the oil! They're masters of cognitive dissonance.

They pick and choose for sure, and you are right not a peep about the bombing, but I believe that had a unspoken congruity. Bomb all you want the be-headings must be answered [Politically], but notice how the word War is avoided,,it's like poison to them, and it's also code for boots on the ground...

They will never fully abandon him, we know that, but It does expose their political platform to be unattainable and naive. To stay silent is a stamp of approval, they just cant do that...

I believe any Obama sculture's core should be from "green technology." Also, we can't leave out the late greats of modern socialism.

I'd suggest a smaller sculture, maybe only 10 feet high, but like Rushmore. Have the faces of Obama, Clinton, Carter and LBJ.

Make the sculture out of dried bull manure then spray it with a fake material like plastic. Since it his legacy is so great, it should be "spread around" and one monument per violent urban wasteland.

    Presto!

No, but mine would be a terrific idea for any student of art and civics.

Of course not. Judge Judy would be much better than Obama on Rushmore. Or perhaps RUSH Limbaugh. Seriously, I'd much rather see the Crazy Horse monument finished.

Actually Obama aside wouldn't it be a hoot to chisel the most interesting or at least the most famous lies of each of the presidents under a fairly large and massive visual representation of them? It appeals to the cynic in me.

Oh fer sure! Of course that means that we'd need a relatively small statue of him from say the chest up and then a positively huge slate below that to contain even a rough encapsulation of all his endless lies. But I reckon it's doable . . . even if it represents a monumental (ha!) task . . .

I live in South Dakota and the Black Hills is a beautiful place. Don't even suggest mucking it up with Obamas mug.

They were building a monument to Crazy Horse? I'm surprized. Native Americans are not usually honored that way. I recently read a book about Crazy Horse; he was a courageous warrior.

This is on privately held land operated by the Crazy Horse Memorial Foundation a private non profit organization. There is no Government money in this project. It is carved out of the side of a mountain. The head of Crazy Horse is 80ft high.

Well if some private group wants to buy a mountain and put Obama's face on it, I would't have an objection to that.

Should Obama's face be posted on Mt. Rushmore?

Heck, if the crooked, arrogant son of a b1tch would only drop dead right this second, I would climb up there and start carving it MYSELF.

There is NO nonsensical, ridiculous, absurd cult of personality surrounding Joe Biden.
There IS one around the current Slacker In Chief.
And it has allowed him to get away with murder.

    I stick to my original dream scenario;
Dick-head drops dead, Joe Biden becomes a major league laughing stock, instead of a minor-league laughing stock, and I'm just a whistling while I work on that Mount Rushmore edifice.
Laughing and giggling like a school-girl.

    :)

Well I totally disagree with you. I think Joe Biden makes protecting the President's life imperative for the entire country. Biden is a laughing stock now but if he were President Harry Reid would still follow him over any cliff Biden decided to take the country over.

    You missed my point, Mike.

NOBODY admires or respects Joe Biden, from EITHER of the two political parties that are steadily taxing and spending this nation into crippling debt.
    He's a complete f#%king idiot.

SOMEBODY admires and respects the Panderer In Chief, no matter what he does or says, and no matter how blatantly he lies and screws things up.
Break the cycle of the Cult Of Personality, and the entire thing collapses.
At that point, Joe Biden demurs to the true leaders who will surely emerge (from whatever corner or party) and this nation has a chance to get back on track.

    Get it?
Biden is a nobody. A nothing.
And with Dear Leader gone, this absurd, nonsensical pile of crap in Washington DC will crumble and be forced to re-build.
    Reform.
Get right, tell the TRUTH for once.
    Tax fairly, and spend modestly.

See, without the race card being thrown (or threatened, or implied) every five minutes, and this hand-wringing culture of fear of offending ruling over common sense, the Party of Obama (without Obama) has nothing.

And Biden will crawl off and retire, or scuttle off under a rock.
    Which is where he belongs.

You and I agree more than you suspect, I believe.
