Should The Republicans Impeach Hillary Clinton if she becomes President.....

If Hillary was to win the Presidency......Should the Repubs move to Impeach her? Naturally this would be if the Repubs Maintain Control of the House and Senate.

Should the Repubs do like the Demos and change the Senate rule then proceed to Impeach her immediately. First order of Business. Then block most anything the Demos want done. What say ye?

 

Well, based on past performance, we certainly can't expect them to actually run the government and improve the economy.

Vote the obstruction/job destroyer Republicans out of Congress.

 

They would have a responsibility to not allow a Corrupt Politician and one who is compromised by other Foreign Countries either thru donations and pay to play or due to giving up breaches of National Security. She would be compromised and all her and her people would do is cause the infiltration to work its way in deeper to our government.

The damage would be devastating.

 

Yes, I definitely think the Republican should ignore the just-expressed will of the American voters and impeach a president (once again) for partisan political reasons. That would put the finishing touches on the death of the GOP.

Then maybe a sane party will rise from the ashes, and we can have rational political discourse in this country again.

Is there a conviction of treason, bribery, or high crimes and misdemeanors? Without a conviction for treason, bribery, or high crimes and misdemeanors being in place, there is no reason or way to impeach an elected President.

 

What and you don't even know how many voted in the low voter turn out? So if its not the majority....you can see how that would not be the expressed will of All the people.

If there is "blatant corruption," where is the conviction? I'm not ignoring or defending anything. To impeach, you need a conviction of treason, bribery, or high crimes and misdemeanors. If she's committed those crimes, is charged, and found guilty, then she can be impeached, if she is elected.

Yes.....we have an OIG that states she is in violation of Federal Law with the records act. He investigated that in house State Dept. Moreover she has 3 cases in the courts over FOIA's over transparency and accountability. Wherein there is a Judge named Sullivan who has said she violated government policy. Down on the Court record and told directly to the State Dept's Face.

Then there is Conflict of interests that clearly can be proven. Plus she now has the FBI looking into her testimony over perjury and possible Corruption with the State Dept and Clinton Foundation.

 

You need a conviction before you can proceed with impeachment. Heck, in this case, you need an election too.

 

No.....and its both sides of the divide that are calling this one to be record setting low turn out.

 

Look at a couple of points of the OP-

1. It's based on the idea of Trump losing....which Trump supporters say isn't going to happen???

2. It projects that the American people would support the Republicans IMMEDIATELY trying to impeach Clinton as President....months, even weeks after she won a democratic election.

3. It ignores how the LAST "Clinton Impeachment" proved a disaster for the GOP...its agenda....and BOOSTED the approval rating of the President Clinton it was aimed at.
