The best PROOF I can supply is the fact that Iran has stopped all Monetary Aid to the Palestinian's.

Iran gives American Cash to the Assad Regime and Assad disseminates this money to Hamas, Fatah, Hezbollah...etc..etc.

But when Russia started actively bombing FSA Targets and not ISIS, Al-Qaeda and Al-Nusra Targets Iran shut off all Monetary Aid to the Palestinian's as a large percentage of this money is taken by Assad.

Assad hides the money he steals and he is responsible for stealing over $1 Billion from the U.N. Oil for Money Program in Lebanon.

We are aware that Assad takes a percentage of the money designated for the Palestinian's but with the exception of CIA and NSA there do not exist any reports online that I can provide a link to.

Do I really need to spell this out? Really. That IS not PROOF of what you claim. It is a leap of imagination. It is putting two and two together and coming up with a Pizza. I asked for and want evidence, not day dreams. Please.

So how are "we" aware if you can't evidence it?

As I said earlier, I wouldn't be the slightest bit suprized to learn that Assad was corrupt, as so many political leaders at home and abroad are and feed off the state teet - corruption seems to be standing operation procedure. We all know that. But suspicions are not proof, and when you make a bald statement of guilt (without caveats) then you have to back it up.
