    That looks more like a break than a sprain..at least that is what my foot looked like when I broke it.. ouch. Hope you heal in a hurry Shang.. take care..smell the roses..or at least look at them.

    It seems like its happening too often lately. A few sprains and a break last year, and now this. Yup, where are those roses?

    A bit of an afterthought...perhaps posting a picture of that foot along with brunch wasn't very appetizing. Sorry. :)

    What are you doing when you sprain this ankle and are you wearing the same type footwear when it happens?

    The spot is weak from being stretched and broken. You need to let it heal proper but I wouldn't baby it. Once the pain is gone I'd jam the hell out of it with different exercises to beef that area up.
    That advice is just from personal experience.

    Now if I sprain my anything and I don't care how bad it is, I keep moving it. It just seems to diminish the pain quicker and it heals quicker.

    But Im odd, so take that advice for what its worth.

    No seriously I don't baby myself when I get hurt or don't feel well. I don't know why because I wanna baby everyone around me when they are not well. Makes no sense.

    Hiya, Daise. Didn't see you sneak in. I'm suffering from the 'it's always something' syndrome today. Water pump is out on my car. I keep saying when something big goes wrong with that car, I'm buying a new one. Guess water pumps aren't considered big since they can be replaced for less than half a new car payment.

    Looks like it's the train for me tomorrow. *grumble*

    Amen to that.. I likewise love getting out to see nature. I even did that when I was studying abroad in Germany, as I was in a small valley city with plenty of trails to follow (city of Eichstätt in the Freistaat Bayern). Had a lovely summer of walking around and taking pictures.

    Wow, $19.95 is pretty steep for a sole. I bet $19.95 would buy a whole case of those paper flipflops nail salons use.

    I can walk barefoot all around my front yard without worrying about stickers... but there's a patch of goatheads out by the curb and you never know when one of those things might migrate. Therefore, I've gotta pair of yard sandals I throw on before going outside. Do y'all have goatheads up there?
