I was a lover of football and the only kid in my dorm to get a J.V. letter.
{ they didn't have a varsity football team but a really good Varsity
Soccer team }. It was in J.V. basketball.
One spring day { a Saturday } I was tossing around a football with a couple
students from the boarding school.The school had a huge campus
because it was part Ranch/School.I took up English riding in the fall.
So on this spring Saturday as I was tossing around the football
with a couple students,over walks this Sadist kid.We decided to have
a 2 on 2 football game { tackle,of course }. I was very good at football.
All aspects { Throwing the football,catching the football,Kicking the football
and of course Tackling }. But I was kind of leery because I'd seen this
Sadist Kid do stuff like pulling out a students hair.Plus he was 16 yrs.old
and I was 14.But I was tough as nails when it came to playing football.
However that afternoon was The only time in me life I got chicken.
On one play I caught the ball way ahead of that sadist kid who
was on the other team as I headed for the goal line.I looked back
once to see how far behind that Sadist bully was.He was barreling
down towards me like a locomotive.I mean,like he was gonna mow me
down.Like maybe regardless I crossed the goal line first.
So I slowed down and let him tackle me,as I kinda fell down while
being tackled in order to keep from getting injured.This Sadist bully
wanted nothing more than to break something.My Leg or arm or
wrist.But he had to settle for breaking my will.
First and only time I ever helped an opponent tackle me.
I knew how because I had a neighbor buddy use it often.He was
the fastest kid in my neighborhood,but he couldn't handle being tackled.

 

Smart people bend to overwhelming power until they are in a position that gives them an overwhelming advantage.

its a fallacy to say some rape victims will become rapists one day, some people are raped their entire lives and then die.

these people cannot take personal responsibility and need heroes.

 

The smart victims will retaliate when they can. The only thing most rape victims at the time can do is collect DNA.

There are many ways for weaker potential victims to deal with those who abuse them with overwhelming force.

Milgram also polled forty psychiatrists from a medical school, and they believed that by the tenth shock, when the victim demands to be free, most subjects would stop the experiment. They predicted that by the 300-volt shock, when the victim refuses to answer, only 3.73 percent of the subjects would still continue and, they believed that "only a little over one-tenth of one percent of the subjects would administer the highest shock on the board."[7]

In Milgram's first set of experiments, 65 percent (26 of 40) of experiment participants administered the experiment's final massive 450-volt shock,[1] and all administered shocks of at least 300 volts. Subjects were uncomfortable doing so, and displayed varying degrees of tension and stress. These signs included sweating, trembling, stuttering, biting their lips, groaning, digging their fingernails into their skin, and some were even having nervous laughing fits or seizures.[1] Every participant paused the experiment at least once to question it. Most continued after being assured by the experimenter. Some said they would refund the money they were paid for participating."

I buy a lot of corned beef at the food store and then cook it myself. Boiling for about 3 hours usually cooks a several pound slab nicely until tender and you can cut it with a fork.

Besides with cabbage, carrots, and potatoes, it goes good on a sandwich with mustard and sauerkraut.

It also tastes good as a cold side dish mixed with Greek olives.
