I know FOB real well.Free on Board or Freight on Board.
I was a Rate analyst after my Grandmother sold her Trucking
company where I worked me way up from a Dispatcher to
Office boy under the General Manager.Routes,Tracing,
Bill of Lading overseeing,Log book overseeing,Payroll for the
smaller Intra-state company.Learning how to deal with Union
grievances such as truckers given the runaround.I never got into
rates { Truck Tariffs } until after the company was sold.That is a whole
other world of complications.Just keeping up with supplements to tariffs
is time consuming.But I wanted to be Mr.Transportation.
I was the Youngest member of the Cleveland Traffic Society.
A very respectable position.

 

Having tempura and sashimi at a Japanese restaurant tonight.

Today is my Sunday.

Yesterday was my Saturday. Slept all day, again.

My Id { Foolardi } is a takeoff of Ernie *Anderson's very popular late night
schlock Show.A mid-60's version of Mystery Science Theatre hosted by
Joel Hodgson.Anderson played the character of Ghoulardi
A Van Dyke Moustache clad Host who wore different messy perched
wigs and white lab coat like Professor Irwin Corey.Ghoulardi was a hipster
and played neato music like The Rivington's - Papa-Oom-Mow-Mow -
while inserting himself in parts of his low budget el cheapo flicks
usually tacky Horror or Sci-fi of the 50's.
He had a weirdly-lit set and shot-off firecrackers and sometimes
rode his motorcycle down the hallways of the aprized WJW-TV flagship
bldg.After he left { Moved to Hollywood } as did his friend and colleague
the funnyman Tim Conway.
" Big Chuck " Schodowski as engineer was used by Ghoulardi and took
over with sidekick Weatherman Bob Welles as " Hoolihan " for decades.
To this day many decade later " Big Chuck " Schodowski was beloved
throughout Cleveland and Particularly in Parma { Large Polish population }
where many many skits were done cracking jokes about Kielbasa.
No Clevelander my age could ever claim they didn't know what
Kielbasa was.Because of Ghoulardi and his inventive character and
crazed antics.Targetting in the most playful ways those who live in
Parma and also live for their Kielbasa.

Father's Day in my area is supposed to be extremely hot.
100 degrees or more.Plus humid.I Hate humidity.I jogged in the
80's and remember one month it was 95 degrees until 10 pm.
There was a stagnant air mass and the air quality was ridiculously
bad.You don't wanna jog in that.Because yer not getting quality oxygen
out of the air.

Wasting coffee is almost a sin.. You can always freeze it and use the cubes of frozen coffee to cool down a cup or to make a frozen mocha or something. Never, never waste coffee.
