It sounded good all the way to that last line.... EYICK!!
Today I pollute my body and sooth my NYC taste buds with the best pizza I have found below the Mason-Dixon line.

Prices to pay for that, 2 days of elevated blood glucose and indigestion.....

GAG, that stuff isn't worth the box it's delivered in.

A place called Gondoliers. Doesn't compete with northern pizza, but not bad.

High Karate? Aramis? You must be kidding me!!!

Real men use Brut. Well, used Brut, :D Now I'm a L'Homme type of guy. But Brut did a great job of hiding the smell of weed from my dad. :D

If you're not going to go all the way man, why go at all?

Funny, Macys used to charge about $100 for L'Homme. So I started buying it through Amazon for about $60. Now Macys is competitive with Amazon.

Breakfast - 16 oz of V8 - which for me is actually a cheat day. :D I need to dial back the ketosis a bit. I've been drinking as much as 20 glasses of water a day and barely able to quench my thirst. That's good because it is a direct measure of the fat being burned, but a little too much. And DAMN!!! I had added more fat than I realized. It's really weird watching it melt off so quickly. It's spotty. The other day I woke up with two huge symmetric dents in my lower belly. At first it starts reducing at the top and working its way down until you have an O-Ring at the bottom. :D But now it's noticeably coming off in specific areas. Slowly it smooths out but it is weird how it comes off! And you can see the changes every day.

So I went to a customer site this morning - a smokehouse - and left with a huge pepperoni stick for lunch. LOL! Oh well. Can't turn down gifts from customers.

Been focusing on wind sprints in the pool for the last week. I'm liking what I feel afterwards and am already seeing improvements. I had never thought to apply HIIT to swimming but that's what sprints do. And it has been shown to raise testosterone levels just like heavy lifting. Been mixing things up to help create muscle confusion but might do the elliptical and weights today. But maybe not... I can do another week of swimming and still be okay.

Mixing up the routines and creating muscle confusion, which is really just hitting all the different types of muscle fiber, helps to avoid hitting plateaus. It's funny how the body tries to adjust and counter all your hard work!

The mental part is another thing. I have to tell myself that I'm not really going to work out for an hour. It's only two minutes. After that I want to push myself. The first two minutes is the only hard part. Last week I was not feeling it one day and didn't want to go down. But I wasn't going to miss a day so I was dragging myself around getting ready. When I swear, a voice in my head said, NO! Your'e gonna die!!! LOL! I actually had that thought run through my head uncontrollably. But I know it was just my lazy self getting desperate. :D

mono sodium glutamate is fake sodium, it is found in china establishments, chick fi lay, ramen, etc...

sea salt is real sodium, naturally forming the way god intended it.

a lot of the division today can be explained by consumers of fake sodium (high blood pressure), and real sodium (low blood pressure).

Way back when my all time favorite, and it will evoke some memories if I catch wind of it, is Royal Copenhagen Musk.

Now, I'm barely able to tolerate most perfumes or colognes. Some are just down right nasty pure chemical smells, and some people marinate in them.

I stopped wearing cologne for work for that reason. I had one customer who was bothered by it. But he complained about my coffee too... It wasn't good enough for him. :D

One time when I was in my early 20s, I bought some cheap stuff at the grocery store to use for my work cologne. I was super cheap but tried it on a whim... I couldn't even guess at why. But women loved it! Over years I've bought many of the better colognes, but I actually got more compliments on that than anything else, until I started by L'Homme.

I really like the scent of fresh cut lumber on a guy. I like Old Spice too. I use to hang out a lot at Lumber Jack Festivals. I throw a mean ax. Never got a ribbon though. That one armed broad always out threw me.
Ilene always won the log roll. She had an advantage. One leg was shorter than the other.
