I'm getting there/slowly but surely getting back... Today I did a 6 mile run/a run I thought about doing last Monday, I did today, and proved to myself/my legs that I can still run this far without really thinking about it despite all the lack of running that's been going on; I feel like I'm back/getting there/at a point and level I wanted to be at (I'm getting there) - and if nothing else, today's run was fun, and to be honest, when I had the idea (rough idea) of this run, I have been looking forward to it ever since.

Wealthy men roll Cuban cigars in Cognac.

I don't like either -- the cigars or the brandy.

When I drink red wine I like a delicious crisp Spanish Sangria over ice with a straw and slices of fresh fruit in it.

Cook it while you wait takes away some of the fast food yuck. Doesn't Red Robin cook hamburgers too? When all is said and done there is nothing like a home cooked hamburger.

Esp burgers grilled outside.... with somebody else cooking. Lol, thats one of those 'he' takes credit for cooking although you're in the kitchen doing all the hard stuff... preparing all the accoutrements.

(Wow, what a word, now Im tired.) ;)

Sangria is not red wine.I,Too,once thought Sangria was a good
    buy.But I never,ever copped a buzz.That was right before I started
experimenting with Port and then Cognac. Then I got into Varietals.
Sangria is like mixing Red wine with Kool-Aid and some oranges.
It's a complete joke.My advice would be to try Beaujolais. They are not
expensive and are Real French Wine. Not some Spanish Kool-aid
    like Sangria.
    Remember ... Bartles & Jaymes
How they single-handidly brought Wine Coolers to the
American forefront.Today you can hardly give that crap away.

Two or three ounces of Hine Ancient Age every Christmas - so I am a drinker. ;-)

Good cigars do not need cognac.
Cognac does not need cigars at all. You can quote me. ;-)

I don't think youre very rich or very worldly then.

After the Cuban cigars and the Cognac they parade in the naked waitresses.

I take it you have never seen that.

Of course you could/might be Mitt Romney.

He is rich and he as not seen that either !!

Sangria has red wine in it.

I can and do jack it up with a shot of moonshine (99% corn liquor).

I am just a poor simple country boy who only drinks cognac once a year. I just hate it when people call me rich and worldly. :)

Naked waitresses! Well, I never...! Smells like herpes - right? ;-)

Ok /// Ok.Now what do you want.Talkin' like a Pol.
    Sounds like a Political salutation from Ma Richards {Texas Gov'nur }
Or Apple Annie Richards with the permanent silver hair.
A number of 50's actress could easily have portrayed her in
a movie.I'm thinkin maybe prolific actress Virginia Gregg, much used in the
    - Dragnet - series.

You're thinking of spiced cider and also eggnog with rum.

Sangria is a refreshing red wine drink that can be enjoyed any night of the year.

It is sort of a crisp refreshing break from white wines all the time.

And it's served cold too !!

Red wines are normally served at room temp (lukewarm) and therefore nasty.

Herpes became well known sometime in the 1970's -- before AIDS which was in the 1980's.

Naked waitresses are still quite popular at various Las Vegas executive parties.

I think Nevada is good about checking out their professional babes to make sure they don't have any STD's.

@Ddyad I have seen studies that say brandy and Cognac are the two worst drinks you can drink from a hangover perspective. It's because these two drinks have more of the toxic derivative alcohols still in them with are distilled out of vodka, rum, and moonshine. Just saying.
