As a kid in the 60's at our summer home there was always
a container of Little Debbie Snack cakes around.I loved them things.
However they were snacks.Like Kiddie snacks. My Mom would
never dream of serving them to her Bridge group at lunch.
Now don't scoff. The reason being and a demonstration of context
is this.My Grandmother { Bless her departed soul } was the Matriarch
    of our Family and my cousins.She religiously { was a daily communicant }
went to the finest Bakery in Cleveland,at least once a week.Sometimes
twice. That being Hough Bakery.I guess on account to eat up time
before going to work as the Boss and Iron-willed disciple of steadiness
and habit.Plus about her only vice in life was driving her Big Caddy
and maintaining a supply of Fine Pastry.Which of course she shared.
And would never dream of acting the glutton. On account Gluttony is
a serious sin in Catholic parlance and would have to be confessed
rather quickly to a Priest in the weekly Confessional.Which if memory
serves me were not open for business during weekdays. Most only
    on Saturdays.
Got it now.Real Pastry vs. Miss Little Debbie snacks.

I'm trying to figure out what I like.

This, for example, has been trimmed all it's going to be, for now. I'm trying to decide where it goes.

    Good to the last drop.
Obviously not Beer.I had a buddy who grew up in Germany and his
Dad became a career American Serviceman who went into civil
service work. This Buddy's parents were thoroughly german even though
the father worked in the American Military. They just couldn't help
but live as if they were in Germany.A lot of German spouses act that
way.Getting Married to American serviceman who usually have to do
a Tour { 2 years or less } in Germany.Usually stationed in Frankfort.
This Buddy loved his beer.Could outdrink me in beer.Eventually liked
American beers. But would never completely finish a beer.Whether in a
Can or bottle of glass. He called in Backwash.Beer Backwash.
I think he had a point. That doesn't happen with fine wine or Liquor.
    Just beer.

Nevertheless, you pay for every inch of beer including the backwash.

Someone, grant me the ability to mentally separate those who mean well, and fail, and those who FUBAR intentionally.

Does a sharp point or a square end shovel work better on clay? I have a lot of digging to do......

Here's the current view of the front of the estate. Note the support structure of the porch roof peak:

Here is a concept for the gate. Does anybody think it's wrong?

    Security isn't being considered.

The project is only about aesthetics.

I notice them curtains could use a new look.I'd work on
that first.Like from Inside out.Unless you plan on spending
more time outside than inside. Some's fellars are like that.
Spending gobs of time in the Garage. Most often to avoid a
    Married Females favorite pastime.To henpeck.
