someone should create an anti gun policing force that gets rented by cities/states

Present the actual citations of such. Show where border patrol agents have murdered individuals, especially citizens of the united states, and left them buried in unmarked graves.

The law would never pass constitutional muster. So there is no sense in even discussing the merits of such an approach.

So you advocate breaking the law (entrapment) to enforce advance a gun control agenda. Typical GCA thinking.

Asking if my use free streaming sites is not entrapment, asking them to check out (insert name) and then arresting them would be,

It’s only controlling arms that the state militias have. Read the 2a.

Many crimes require proof of intent. If the intent is to entrap the unwary, then... see how many are deprived by such practices before civil rights advocacy groups raise the issue of entrapment. Nothing like advocating for the old East German social environment of suspicion, informants, rampant infringement on all Civil Rights...one of the reasons for the 2A to begin with.
Why is it that GCA’s are willing to selectively approve of denying civil rights to achieve their agendas? Or, to risk greater loss of life to achieve them?

Nope, that would be illegal and unethical.

Interesting that you the antigunner, assume that we are all as amoral as you are. Maybe that's why you are against guns. You know that you, yourself, are not fit mentally to have guns, hence nobody else can be. What a negative view of human nature. Personally, I think most people are morally capable of owning guns. I know I am, but then I'm not a scofflaw about intellectual property rights. I recognize it as theft.

Wow.... THERE'S an unprocessed load of bovine excrement. There is literally nothing in the above rant that has any basis in fact or reality.

Someone yells in my face while waving a gun at me, raving such clearly deranged and maniacal things as expressed above, and I will not hesitate to defend myself with all the deadly force at my disposal.

Yet the individual states willingly chose to enter into a pact to join the Republic based upon their agreement with the ideals and laws codified within the Constitution, and as such agreed to uphold and defend them.

    Your insanity doesn't change reality.

Wrong Tito. They have a boss who told them to shoot anyone who even looked like they were carrying dangerous rocks.

Oh, PLEASE spare me. Rocks are deadly weapons, and agents have been severely injured and even killed by being hit by them. Shooting someone menacing you with a deadly weapon is the policy of ANY LE agency.

You might want to do some research before you make yourself look silly again.

I make myself look silly everytime I hand you reason for a response instead of letting sleeping dogs lie.

Nope. I'm frankly too lazy to do that. I watch what's available on Youtube or Roku.

None of which pertain to widespread surrender and confiscation from the general public. Such would never pass constitutional muster under any standard of review or scrutiny.

Then by all means, go about demonstrating the validity of the claim being submitted and presented on the part of yourself.

I am far better read than you, as you so regularly demonstrate.

You say "Republic" is a "slang word". Perhaps you should do more reading about the Founding of this nation.

Read up on what Benjamin Franklin's response was to a bystander's question about what kind of government had been created... and tell me again how it is nothing but a "slang word".

They united to protect themselves from threats that were real at that time. Those threats are no longer and so the contract should have to be signed again.

Good luck with that state-by-state ratification today.
