    I listened to them & loved their music! Especially Up, up & away. Just never heard that particular song. That is why I thanked you for that song I never heard by them

    Here’s another one for the S’s. It’s called The Swimming Pool followed by the main theme from the movie Dirty Harry. Lalo Schifrin composed the music for the movie. He is also the composer of the Mission Impossible theme music.





    And how those two are applied to the movie.

    My favorite was One Less Bell To Answer. There was something about Marilyn McCoo’s voice that was perfect for that song.

    I have a very wide range of music likes. One exception gangster rap.:x
    I grew up with Elvis, sing along with Mitch and my Dad’s music. Country and Tennessee hillbilly music. Banjos & washboards:smile:

    My Dad was born in Tennessee. He was a hillbilly. His Dad was a moonshiner. He lived in a house his Dad built & had a hardwood floor. Granny had a dirt floor and lived down in the holler. They were dirt poor. Dad joined the army and his life changed dramatically. When he met my Mother.

    Glad you liked it! Those two young ladies were raised in a musical family. They love 60s era music, and they have put out many covers of Beatles songs and other groups from that era. They have also written some original music.

    I wanted to tell you that I really enjoyed hearing Alice’s Restaurant. I hadn’t heard it in decades, and I had forgotten how funny it was.
