How does your scene different? Was not the victims head pounded into the sidewalk? Wasn't there evidence to support that? You imply that the victim was stalking, however that is not "attacking". If you want to attack the victims character, you must admit the attackers own record. Regardless, the victim was physically outgunned, in fear for his life, and the only way he was going to stop the attack was the use of his gun.

 

Perhaps you know nothing about me or the fact I have been directly involved with what I speak of.

 

Then perhaps individuals should actually refrain from engaging in criminal activity that can lead to their own death.

Do not commit harm to others, do not get killed in response. It is a very simple, very reasonable, very easy to understand concept.

 

As has been stated previously, numerous times before, a law enforcement dispatcher telling a caller they do not have to perform a specific action, is not in any way an order to not do something.

 

That's the best policy, too bad more criminals don't think about it.
