More bad news for the alt-left.

The alt-left aren't going to know what hit them in 2018 and 2020.

I don't like polls, so I'll just mention a simple truth.

America has massively improved under Trump and at every single turn the Democrats stood in the way, said no, and cried their bigot catch phrases.

I know that Americans have taken notice of this.

If we can cripple the left in 2018 then we could possibly be walking the beginning steps of the second golden age of America.

    Who wouldn't want that?

Prove it with links to factual proof from unbiased sources?

And forget the equity markets and the unemployment rate...Trump - rightly - said during the campaign that the former is a big, fat, ugly bubble propped up by the Fed AND the latter is a joke (in the way it is tabulated). So they are out.

Other then a tiny bit of less red tape in the economy and the reduction of corporate taxes...what has Trump done to 'massively improve' America?
And again, no opinions from idiots/biased people...post ONLY facts from unbiased sources.

And now their 15 month rage fest over Trump's election has driven them to such madness that the shutdown the Federal government rather than accepting a clean CR and additional spending on children's health insurance.

    And now the faux hysteria:

CNN reporter: Shutdown risks asteroid strike!
We are all going to die because...Trump!

Its time for the nuclear option.

No DACA, nothing "immigration reform", full wall funding, MAGA.

Here's what the build up to 2018 looks like.

Tax cuts put money in America's pocket, launch massive growth, bring jobs and business home.
Democrats opposed it because they want people to be poor.

Funding the government takes care of America's interests, our kids, our military, our people.
Democrats opposed it because they want to inundate the nation with unskilled, uneducated, often violent, 3rd worlders.

The steadfast right and the steadfast left will do what they do.

Its the politically neophytic, who have previously fallen for the lies and emotion taunting fake news of the left, that have and will continue to recognize that MAGA is a tangible thing they can see in their own lives.

    You wont win 2018.

But I'm still interested in what last minute scams the left pulls.

How many Republicans will be accused of "sexual misconduct" that somehow was just discovered?

I wonder if some "unarmed black teen" will be killed by a cop for "doing nothing" /cough violently attacking the cop.

WHAT WILL THE 2018 HYSTERIA BE??!??

Why did you only mention the corporate tax cuts?

Why not mention that ALL tax brackets were cut, the standard deduction was doubled, the child tax credit was doubled, and the minimum taxable income was raised. Why didn't you mention ALL that that?

Trump cut taxes across the board, cut regulations, appointed many conservative judges, and much more.

What's not to like about that?

Just as I thought...not ONE link to facts from an unbiased source.

So noted...so your point means nothing.

We are done here...have a nice day.

Well, a CR and then handle DACA separately after the government reopens. There is no need to log-roll these unrelated issues.

    Yea exactly, its just politics.

Attach amnesty to a funding bill for children's cancer research and then run to the media to blame anyone who votes against it as "wanting kids to get cancer".

Then shove off and stop filling my inbox with your outrage?

Some people just have this baby tantrum style about them.

They get into a conversation about something that is so blatantly obvious...

    They don't like the facts...

So they throw up this "I want a source, I want it to be a source I approve of, and I want it to state things exactly the way I want them to be stated or it never happened!"

Then they flip the game board over and walk off like some great victory has been achieved.

But do you know what the actual result is?

The conversation continues, minus one baby.

    Democrats get crumbs in November

The Democratic Party's plan to retake Congress was simple: trash Trump and don't give him a single Democratic vote on his signature domestic policy, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.

After all, this is what Republicans did to Obama in 2010. That led to their taking back the House.

538 reported in November: "The GOP Tax Cuts Are Even More Unpopular Than Past Tax Hikes."

That was a month before passage.

But then a strange thing happened. Once President Trump signed the bill into law on December 23, companies began giving $1,000 bonuses, minimum wage hikes, and other benefits for workers.

Suddenly, tax hikes for the rich became tax hikes for the workers.

Democrats had chosen to die on the wrong hill.

“There’s a little mouse trap who’s got a little piece of cheese on there and there’s a mouse about to take it and that’s called the middle class. And around it are fat cats, they look a lot like elephants but anyway, around there. And that’s the thing. Get this little thing and we get this big bonanza. You get the crumb, we get the banquet,” Nancy Pelosi said on Thursday.

    Crumb.

Pelosi was reminding voters that Democrats would not give workers even a crumb.

“Frankly, if you look at the bonuses, which I haven’t heard of a corporate bonus more than $1,000 so far. Which by the way is taxed, so it’s not $1,000. And then you spread $1,000 over the course of the year — to think of about how much that is — of course they get it all at once. But I’m not sure that $1,000 goes very far for almost anyone,” Debby "Downer" Wasserman Schultz also said on Thursday.

She, too, reminded voters that Democrats would not give the smallest crumb to workers, as did Chuck Schumer, who said on Thursday, "When the American people learn that some of them are not getting anything, some of them are getting raises, and the rest are getting crumbs, and big corporations and wealthy individuals are getting nice, fat pieces of pie, they're going to be outraged. They are already."

    Crumb, crumb, crumb.

It's as if Democrats had used a focus group to write their spontaneous reaction to the tax cuts.

On top of the bonuses, workers began seeing bigger paychecks as Uncle Sam reduced his tax bite. The New York Times reported that unlike Obamacare, support for the tax cuts grew significantly upon passage.

"Forty-six percent of Americans strongly or somewhat approved of the law in early January, up from 37 percent when the bill was nearing passage in December," the New York Times reported on January 16.

So in two months, approval of the tax cut soared from 32 percent in November to 47 percent in January. What was unpopular in November 2017 will be popular in November 2018, when we hold the actual election.

But Democrats have hope. Donald John Trump is president and his approval numbers are abysmal.

They are just as abysmal as they were on the day we elected him president.

By calling Trump Hitler, a crook, and mentally ill for more than a year now, the press has greatly lowered the bar him.

All he has to do is prove he is not Hitler, not a crook, and not mentally ill.

The way Trump does that is by doing well as president. And the chief way we judge presidents is by how well the economy is doing.

Lots of people care about more than just the economy. Lots of people think making the economy run well is part of the job, not a special accomplishment that the president gets a hot toddy and a handjob for. Lots of people consider that baseline, and look for something more from a president to consider them great instead of average. Even if you can establish that Trump is marginally good for the economy, you cant argue that he has anything extra. Hes a boor, and he wages war on the meaning of whats real.

Conservatives, I know you are incapable of understanding this. For some reason literally the only thing you seem to care about is having as many guns as you want and keeping an extra twenty bucks in your pocket. But just because that satisfies you, don't make the critical mistake of believing it satisfies everyone. You lost the popular vote. You don'g get to pretend most of america is behind you, because it never has been with Trump at the helm of the republican party.
