Let me help you with this. Read Article III Section 3 of the US Constitution, and then get back to me. You might be interested to know that Benedict Arnold has a long devoted career in the Colonial Military before he decided to betray them, and report Colonial troop movements to the British. Would you take the same stance for him?

I have challenged you and fmw to provide any reported statement or witness claiming that President Trump ever talked about nuking China. Without such a statement, then Milley had no reason to contact China to offer information on any attacks by the US. Milley took that action because Crazy Nancy put him up to it. Now, it is time to produce the proof that President Trump contemplated an attack on China, or this conversation is over.

And you can article 103 of the UCMJ which would apply to the general. However, you have defined treason but you haven't provided any evidence that he committed treason. Had he actually provided a heads up on an attack that would be treasonous as I said before. Promising to do that could just be a lie, something that is done all the time between enemies. Furthermore the government doesn't view China as an enemy. I do but my opinion doesn't matter. It is the government's opinion that matters. Sorry, there isn't any treason. Not even close.

I agree that he shouldn't have promised what he promised but, if his aim was to mislead the Chinese then that would be an appropriate military tactic. If we were actually going to attack them then making them think we were not would make military sense. Personally, I don't think having the military converse with the Chinese is a particularly good thing. China is certainly not an ally.

It's not just on this forum, it's everywhere. The Biden sycophants know that Biden is a complete and utter failure, that his policies are a disaster. They cannot bring themselves to admit it and be critical of a Democrat, because it might make them look like a Trump defender. So they just scream TRUMP over and over, to remind themselves that their hatred for all things Trump, supersedes any other concern in their lives. They can see the gas pump and grocery stores prices soar, but they cannot bring themselves to acknowledge it, so they scream TRUMP, and pour out their hatred for him, and it makes them feel better

That isn't the point is it. The point is tRump was acting so manically eradic that world leaders were aware of it. And we're afraid of what he might do, considering the power of the President of the U.S., what he might do to stay in office.

Male bovine excrements!!!! As I said, an assumption without grounds is not an excuse to commit treason.

You claim that President Trump was acting erratic. So, give me examples. Warning, if you come back with his claim that the election was stolen, I will remind you of the findings in Arizona and Georgia. We are still waiting for Pennsylvania to do their forensics audit. If the results for Pennsylvania is like those in Arizona or Georgia, then President Trump was right in his claim. If you come back with the Jan 6 protest, I will remind you that the assault on the Capital Building began while President Trump was still speaking, and that he told the protesters to march peacefully. He was not behind the assault on the Capital Building. So, if that is your argument, then don't bother. Neither issue had anything to do with China. Therefore, your argument fails without a direct threat by President to China.

Your argument fails right at the start, and is a serious grab at straws. If Milley's call was an attempt at a counter-intelligence operation, then the President, Sec of Defense and Sec of the Army would all know about it. All three have stated that they knew nothing. Milley himself stated that he felt giving the enemy a heads up of any impending attack was within the preview of his office. As in the committing treason is within the job description of the Chairman of the JCS. This is another example of someone viewing reality in a liberal mirror.

Your tRump Devotion Sickness is palpable.

"I" don't have to give you anything, so keep your ordering people around, like it matters, to yourself. When the book is published, when General Milley testifies, you will be sorry you didn't quietly stifle your"Milley" accusations; is my prediction.

Trump’s niece book, remember? ‘Too much, never enough’

john bolton’s book, has it come out?

    Countless others..

stephanie grisham has a ‘tell all book’ coming out

All of them same thing - REVELATIONS, EXPLOSIVE, BOMBSHELLs

    LOL

at which point do you gullible naive children start to realize all these fraudsters are in it to make a buck, at your expense? You kids will believe anything, even ‘trump is a russian agent’... these fraudsters are making a lot of money off trump, at the expense of the gullible anti-trumpers who live in world of fiction

IF the transcribed phone conversation went as described and Milley commited treason....These two leaked classified information to make money.... These two covered up a treasonous crime for 8 months .... to make money.
