Sometimes I do forget that personal responsibility is primarily a Republican trait whereas the Democrats depend on the government for everything, including their own safety. Makes sense that you look to others for what you should be providing for yourself.

    :(

Meaning, don't let a meme influence your vote. How could anyone possibly be so utterly weak?

Such a long winded way of saying you cannot disprove a single point.

As for the disinformation and propaganda that you are cheering on, it mainly impacts the voting patterns of the boomers and silent gen — not that they will be relevant after a few more election cycles.

Your fear has blinded you. You complained about FB's lack of investigative efforts in regards to a meme's veracity, and I merely suggested you stop believing memes.

Whatever points you are alluding to remain unmolested. At least by me.

I have never once mentioned memes.

Improving your reading comprehension would serve you well.

Why should I give his opinion more (or less) credit than any other random individual?

Do you believe any and all platforms (TV, radio, newspapers, other websites etc.) should be expected to validate the accuracy of advertising they host or is this a special rule just for Facebook?

King is worth 300 million dollars because he knows what people want to read and how to provide it, which makes him an expert in media as far as I'm concerned.

Most media won't run ads that they know are false and go to some pains to not put out false info, or at least to tell the reader if something is unverified. Facebook won't correct them even after they're told they're flat out lies. I don't understand how this doesn't involve charges of fraudulent advertising and/or libel and slander but American law is very strange here.

In any case, I firmly believe that people should use or not use whatever they want for whatever reason they might have or none at all, and I've never seen any good reason to use Facebook in the first place

The digital bandits also allowed people to call Trump Putin's puppet, constantly regurgitate the pee tape lie, and all sorts of anti Trump lies. Heck, on this board we still have people referring to the pee tape and claiming Putin owns Trump - none of which is true.

I remember seeing on FB and this board how the Russians hacked into voting machines, changed votes, etc. and none of that was true. At best, the Russians placed some FB ads and that was it. Keep in mind that you, me, Trump or Clinton also could have placed those exact same ads on FB. Then there were all the other bogus stories floating around on FB AND liberal media websites. We have foreigners on this board who argue daily against Trump, call him a criminal, and otherwise want to inject their foreign noses in our political beliefs which is equal to what the Russians did.

The best way to solve this is for our media to be unbiased and not have an agenda, this way when someone on FB posts a story from Maddow about how Trump did this or that, her lies don't get confused with the truth. And on this board we should question why foreigners are so concerned with America and our politics, after all, what is their purpose and agenda?

Chinese-style censorship and the “Fairness Doctrine” are the Holy Grails of the grand liberal media plan.

Did you tell the people you were supposed to protect, "Why is it always up to some one else to protect you?"

I protected those people in the face of an enemy who wanted to kill them. You on the other hand, are threatened by pictures on FB.

    Pictures. On FB.

    Go outside or something.
