First Amendment (No laws based on Religion such as for Abortion)
Fourth Amendment (Right to privacy, unreasonable/arbitrary search and seizure and so on) . Never heard of the Patriot Act ?

Then why don't they all go down on Mondays and protest in front of the police station where, as opposed to their work place, they do have freedom of speech and assembly. The flag represents all those U.S. citizens who gave their lives so that the greatest nation in the history of humanity AND the living citizens who in turn respected them for their noble sacrifices and thus the United States could come into being and flourish for more than two centuries. So what leftists are really saying is that they have no use for the U.S. justice system and nor trial by a jury of one's peers since so seldom do those lead to the lynchings that would make hate-filled leftists feel good about the world.

The truth is that leftists want a separate and exclusionary 'justice' for their treasured (voting) minority blocks so that no matter what the minority has done they ALWAYS get away with it sans ANY meaningful consequences; and if that form of LEFTIST 'justice' happens to destroy this nation over time, then so be it.
