Well help me out what is it then? You seem to be saying that since Christian Republicans (and other Republicans or conservatives for that matter) are moral people then they cannot vote for someone with less than a morally impeccable life for President. But Democrats not being moral people can vote for even the scummiest person. Where have I gone wrong?

That depends and some are hard to enforce but now you are talking non-compete agreements. If you can show it is your profession a non-compete cannot be enforced.

It's enforceable with the lawyers signature and she took the money. As long as he doesn't agree to taking the money back in return the agree stays in effect. She can say the same as any other citizen about something under a NDA, nothing.
