    None needs to exist. "I'm the commander in chief of the oval office, and what I say as it pertains to executive orders, go. Point me anywhere in the constitution where it says an EO supercedes Congress, or where I can't delegate an agency to remove the EO? It doesn't say that anywhere, you simply don't want it removed."

    The fact is Trump doesn't have a legitimate reason for most of the crap he tries to pull, unless you consider tearing down everything achieved by the Obama administration a legitimate reason.

    Simply put, it was the Obama Administration that said that immigration was de-facto an executive branch issue, going by those comments of then-President Obama, Trump has his mandate.

    The APA is a law which controls. And presidents do not have the authority to revoke executive orders without complying by that law.

    So is an Executive Order seen as a 'federal stature' by the Courts? If so, I humbly submit to them that would be a great power enumerated to the executive branch(Federal laws are supposed be made by Congress.)

    I argue that executive orders lack the weight of the force of law as enumerated to Congress, and that therefore it doesn't fall under the APA supervision.

    No, but Obama was and apparently they think he achieved alot! And I think that we can SAFELY say that Clinton would have achieved about as much as Obama did! Which is to say - NOT ALOT! :roflol:
