    It's unassailable fact. The Red States have nearly all done a great job. Several Blue States screwed the pooch with deadly results, though some Blue States have done a very good job, right up there with the tremendous Red State jobs.

    Take CA Gov Newsome, At key moments he made good decisions where the Govs of the Blue States with horrific records made terrible choices that filled the mortuaries with the elderly. CA had the same stupid rule about forcing COVID positive patients into nursing homes, but when there was pushback, Newsom wisely backed off, and save likely tens of thousands.

    This was real life and we have Blue Govs that made deadly calls, with a real life butcher's bill, the result.

    Oregon is a Blue State and did a very good job, HI did an outstanding job. ME and VT did very good jobs. CA and WA did above average jobs.

    So Democrats will have to wait until AFTER Trump gets elected to commence with articles of impeachment after a special council is appointed (presuming Dems still control the HOR) to investigate Trump tax data.

    Back on topic, Government, IRS, and our legal system is already out of control with power. Dislike for Trump is not enough to justify this abuse.

    Sounds like the House has made whatever "modifications" they felt were needed to get their subpoena through the SCOTUS hoops... (although it wouldn't surprise me if Schiff just moved a few comma's around and called it done).

    BTFOM, but my hope is that Biden will win by an big margin, beyond argument, and Trump will be forced to leave office, at which time he becomes indictable for all of the corruption he's engaged in. One can dream . . .

    Well, that simple solution will be for the common good, but the point of this whole thing, from the Congressional side, is that Congress is the only party capable of providing oversight to the POTUS. If they cannot do that, in a timely and organized fashion, it's the same as having no oversight..

    Also the results of Congressional inquires can lead to criminal indictments, when forwarded to a future, real DOJ

    Thus, the House has to play this out to the end, even when Trump is gone, to set future precedent in case the Party Of Trump rebounds in 2024...
