Ya know, financial crimes are still crimes and, having been a victim of them myself, I'd like to see them prosecuted.

But why is our legal system being used as a tool for the Democrat party's 2024 re-election campaign? That is what this is about folks, be honest with yourselves if not with your postings. These NYC Democrat pitbulls have no semblance of evidence that financial crimes occurred yet the have devoted tens of millions of taxpayer dollars and countless man-hours to attacking Pres Trump simply because they want a conviction. They want... a conviction, note the abnormal deviation from traditional justice.

And I believe that at some point they'll fabricate the basis for one, at least enough to push into a very public very showy trial. Because its politics, people, its basic mud-slinging only they're abusing the legal system to get it done. Pres Biden is going to need all the help he can get after 4 years of open borders, higher fuel/energy prices, Chinese domination, small business collapsing, a possible upcoming market correct, hyperinflation threats, oh the list just goes on. If Pres Trump decides to run against him again, with hopefully no COVID blunder dragging him down, then oh boy is it going to be a race.

I just think of my own experience with financial crimes. Being one of several people intentionally robbed of several tens of thousands of dollars in a case that could have been easily prosecuted, we had our own forensic proof, and the funds were recoverable, but we couldn't get our DA (who was a Democrat if that matters) to pick up the case nor could we get any federal bodies (who were under the control of the Obama Administration at the time if that matters) to look into it either. Yet here NYC is, about to launch into an extended investigatory and prosecutory process all because they hate their target, not because they believe wrong-doing of a significant level happened, but because they hate their target.

Anyways, prediction: the DNC is going to hold this one until midterms. I might be wrong but I think they're going to to want this one for midterms to throw whatever smoke they can over the 2-year out impact of the Biden Presidency.

The prosecutors who want this info wanted it back in 2017 and 2018. It just took forever to properly get through the legal system and then SCOTUS sat on it until after the election, and then Trump left office. Why was the conservative SCOTUS trying to protect Trump until after the election?

You must have missed the day that atty (then atty) Michael Cohen testified that trump would inflate the values of his property when making insurance claims and would deflate the value of his property when paying taxes. If you let that slip your mind I wouldn't be surprised. You're partly right, we sure as hell want a conviction. I'd like several of them.

To start with... the whole personnel aspect, disengage from the 'per·so·na non gra·ta' nature ~it might go a long way in the furtherance of your BS case...

It wasn't insurance claims it was loans and an individual/entity can include valuation submissions on properties to banks when seeking loans and to city/county tax assessors. Both parties still do their own diligence, the banks because they don't want to lose money and the government because they have to by law seek 3rd party valuation. You as a home owner can do the same thing. There are several 'tricks' to lowering your property tax and valuation challenges are one of them. Its not, on the surface, illegal to do this. In the end the city/county will make its own call. (Friendly tip: next time a valuation on your property is due research how you can get it lowered it will save you money.)

Oh, bet the kids college piggy bank that the Democrats' Ministry of Propaganda ( formerly known as "the press") will continue to cover the ex-president as relentlessly as if he were still the sitting one. The deference given to Befuddled Joe's Flying Asylum will make that given to Obama look like persecution in comparison.

Can’t even wait to see if he’s changed and what evidence they present before calling it a leftwing conspiracy? Had there ever been a republican who you think was guilty of what they got convicted for?

It’s illegal to lie to the bank. Just because you think they don’t get away with it, doesn’t make it ok.

    Event: Tax Cheat Becomes President

Event: S.Court (Just Doing Their Job) wants this Tax Cheat held accountable.

Event: The GOP wants to run a Criminal (Tax Cheat) for President in 2024.

RW Take: "our legal system being used as a tool for the Democrat party's 2024 reelection campaign"

    ^Lolwut? :roflol:

You couldn't make this stuff up.

    A Massive Defeat for Trump.

Sunlight is the Best Disinfectant to blow the lid off of (and shine some light on) Trump's Decades Long Criminal Enterprise.

Mazars, Trump's accounting firm, reacted in a statement to today's Supreme Court ruling, saying it is "committed to fulfilling all of our professional and legal obligations."

Karma always wins in the end.

My understanding is that one of the charges being considered is 'insurance fraud'. That has nothing to do with loans.

Its a stumble down the ladder sort of thing like when a cop pulls you over for speeding and ends up writing down that you had a busted tail light as well. The origin was valuations on properties for loan and tax purposes. But since insurance is connected to those valuations, presumably, they would tack on that as well. The dumb part about all of this is that the NYC rats have all these documents already and the IRS has what they have. I mean how are we to believe that anyone can escape the IRS let alone someone who has been under their microscope for decades, its laughable. You watch, these NYC rats are going to load us up with delusions of 'fraud' but in the end their evidence will be a misplaced comma or a half marked checkbox on some revision of a triple submitted form.

No surprise here, what justification would SCOTUS have for blocking them...

Here comes the "leaks" of Trump's financial and private tax information.

Has anyone noticed we haven't had one Biden phone call leaked yet?

The IRS has them all. They were not a sufficient entity? Suddenly, Trump receives extra scrutiny not given to any other President? Even the Clintons with their millions and millions of dirty money?

How many OTHER Presidents had the Business Entanglements (prior to assuming Office) that Trump had?

Ya think that might've had something to do with it?

    I do. Just a hunch.

Oh yeah, and Totally LMAO at the Epically-FAILED "But...Clinton..." Whataboutism.:bored:

This thread is about Trump's Taxes.

Not about somebody who served in the Last Century.:bored:

Once again, on topic, the Court Decision was 100% Correct.

Let's use the Justice Department to continue to attack our political enemies. That's called tyranny. Watching you Leftists unwittingly become Fascists is stunning.

Lol...remember the good ole days when the trump cult used to chant “lock them up” about anyone who dared to defy their great orange hope?
It gave the cons a leg tingle then, so why are you whining about it now?

Why would anyone want a continuation of the policies of Trump's DOJ?

... and no Justice Department actions were ever taken. There's a big difference between some blowhard having political rhetoric and actually using the FBI, IRS, and DoJ to attack your political opponents like the Democrats do. It's sad you haven't figured out the fascist differences.

Every time a republican gets convicted it’s some sort of conspiracy. Ever notice you never hear that when a dem pol goes to jail?

But, it actually was a conspiracy and proven. There is no "theory", but it is a fact. How do you not know this?

Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, Strzok, Steele, and their low level fall guy lawyer all worked together using government power to attack a sitting U.S. President. That is a fact.

The same Cohen who said he had a storage shed full of evidence?
The same Cohen who said Trump had a "code" that only Cohen seemed to understand?
