t-rex - big fluffy dragon!! little arms might have been similar to the taradactuls things, the wings on such a thing would be so huge that the bones might not have been found as the wings were away from their body upon excavation, or more plausibly the wing bones were similar to birds as in thin and hollow meaning they wouldn't have lasted the several thousand years of pressure from surface soil building up over them and being compressed. as for the fire breathing bit - dubious as i couldn't explain the ignition of the flame,and this would allow for them being fluffy as they wouldn't have had any nasty occurrences of self harm.
