Never. But then again I'm not calling Ryan an idiot or claiming I have information that would justify starting Tebow, you are.

And which team has offered him a huge contract this year?
Heck Ryan Leaf is off the chain as well, but no football in his future.
Wanna talk bad boys, how about Todd Marinovich? But the NFL and various teams will call enough is enough on white player alot faster than a black player.
Black players have a majority black team, black asst coaches, in some cases black head coaches all going to bat for them.
White players dont have that. Very few have gone down the road that players like Mike Vick have and come back.
And it starts in college. Hell its no secret that Bobby Bowden had a teachers home burned down when she wouldnt sign off on a players grades that were faked.
Let Brady or someother high profile player like Romo shoot himself in the leg accidently at a night club with a pistol, get arrested, go to jail and see how many teams will take him like they did Plaxico Burress.

He certainly does win, and his refusing to allow self-promoters to put their personal agenda ahead of the team is an integral part of his winning formula.

    Tebow will be no exception.

There doesn't appear to be any risk involved, so why not? I've never understood the vitriol directed at a man who deserves none, and indeed, that gives me a reason to hope he succeeds at whatever he does there. I personally think Tebow would make a great TE. Being able to be an emergency quarterback and emergency RB at the same time makes it all the better.

That said, I really don't wish the Patriots any luck. They are a team I love rooting against.

No he was suspended for violating the law. You seem to miss the fact that he had a history and was on probation and agreed with the NFL not to drink and did. Sad but true. But you are lying by ignoring that and calling me names doesn't help your argument. Look here: http://thefuzzyball.com/?p=68

The article mentions Charles Rogers...remember him, same trajectory as Jones, and guess what? He is black. So theory shattered.

Wow you go from a 1st round pick to a 3rd string quarterback. Lets face it if Tebow wants to be successful in the NFL he better move to tightend.

Personally, I like Belichick and his game. I had the unfortunate experience of living in MA for awhile and the pat's kinda grew on me. So, who knows were this is going with Tebow. Fun to watch.

Yep, with Manning back there, you Bronco fans should demand valium be served at every game....or I guess just weed in your case, to keep you from passing out every time he takes a hit...whatever. Yup, a little tense at Mile High these days.

Good for Tebow. Well, that's if he makes the final 53 man roster. I assure you of this, IF he makes the team, he will NEVER be allowed to throw the ball. He will ONLY be used as a FB or TE.

He is on the same team as Tom Brady, after all.
But I wouldn't be shocked if he got a few snaps under center here and there.

Just about all of the black dual-threat quarterbacks in the NFL also have howitzers for arms. Tebow? Not so much. Although I don't think he's that bad of a thrower.

He still has to make the team. No guaranteed money. Which means no certainty in making the final roster. I believe he will. But I guarantee he will NEVER play QB for New England unless Brady & Mallett get hurt.

It's simpler than that: he is a terrible NFL quarterback. He should be made into either a running back or a tight end.

Your right during a regular season game or the playoffs how often do you see the 3rd string QB playing?

Well now..... It appears that the most successful coach and team in the NFL over the past decade or so strongly disagrees with your professional opinion......

Yeah, like they traded Matt Cassel...how'd THAT work out again?

News flash: he's a Grade A head case, but Randy Moss was a superb player. Comparing Vick to Moss is, to be charitable, stupid.

When was the last time NE won a Superbowl? I believe they have lost two straight, so what is it he isn't doing right?

No. Have you SEEN some of the stuff he does? I truly wonder if Rex Ryan is losing his mind.

None of them have a 37 year old QB who has his spine held together with spit and bailing wire! Peyton Manning is an OLD 37...never mind one hit away from ending hius career, he is one hard sack away from ending up a paraplegic!

Envy is an ugly thing, dude.

    - - - Updated - - -

The only way Tebow will EVER play QB for the Patriots in a regular season game is if Brady gets hurt or toward the end of a blowout. That's it.
