Senator Ted Cruz who was born in a foreign sovereignty (Canada) to a foreign national Cuban father has vowed to stop the Affordable Care Act with a sustained filibuster. I wish him well in his endeavor. He seems to be doing what his constituents want and that is good thing. It would be nice if all Senators would abide by their constituents wishes instead of ignoring them.

Ted Cruz daddy fought along aside Castro ... then when he was targeted for extermination by Castro ... he fled to Canada ... this is because he was targeted for extermination by Castro-persecuted Cubans in Florida ...

Kind of like Emilio Rebenga in Scarface ...

He doesn't meet the requirement of Article 2 Section 1.

Is there any Consttitutional requirement....for a Republican Primary voter to select a Nominee based on Article 2, Section 1?

(Read my question very carefully before answering, so we don't get into "That's not what I asked". Thanks. :) )

No. But the Constitution has a strict requirement to what a nominee must be in order to qualify.
