So far, this fits with Trump's description of fake news.

Who was that man who signed the affidavit?
The Times article quotes officials as saying "IF this is true...". How factual is this story?
Can anyone prove that these mailings weren't printed up by Republican operatives trying to defame the Democrats?
Can anyone prove that Republican operatives didn't get hold of legitimate mass mailings and check off those boxes?
Can anyone prove that if these mailings were sent out, the Democratic party authorized this?
Can you explain how this alleged event shows that all Democrats promote such tactics?
Will anyone admit to jumping to conclusions before all facts were in?

Ummm...to get to the other side of the road? Sorry, how about she wanted to see if there was any truth to the allegations?

The Complaints have been filed. Its up to the DA's office to figure out if its a crime.

Looks like she tripped at the start on the curb.

The Texas secretary of state’s office said it, too, had gotten complaints both from immigrants and from relatives of dead people who said they got mailings asking them to register.....snip~

I guess there would be complaints all over the place, Right? Which appears to be the case here, huh?

The Public Interest Legal Foundation alerted district attorneys and the federal Justice Department to the pre-checked applications, and also included a signed affidavit from a man who said some of his relatives, who aren’t citizens, received the mailing.

“This is how the Texas Democratic Party is inviting foreign influence in an election in a federal election cycle,” said Logan Churchwell, spokesman for the PILF, a group that’s made its mark policing states’ voter registration practices......snip~

The PILF publicly released complaints it sent to Hidalgo and Starr counties asking for an investigation. The organization also provided copies of pre-marked voter applications and the affidavit from the man who said his non-citizen relatives received
    the mailing.

The applications were pre-addressed to elections officials, which is likely what left many voters to believe they were receiving an official communication from the state.

But the return address was from the State Democratic Executive Committee, and listed an address in Austin that matches the state Democratic Party’s headquarters.

Mr. Taylor said there is a state law against encouraging someone to falsify a voter application, but it would be up to investigators to decide if pre-checking rose to that level.

PILF has been pushing state election officials in recent years to be wary of non-citizens who manage to register and, in many cases, to actually cast ballots. The organization has found thousands of people who later admitted they weren’t citizens, but who managed to register or vote in New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.....snip~

The affidavit PILF provided to prosecutors Thursday is from David C. Kifuri Jr.

He said “several relatives” of his who are legal permanent residents but not citizens got the mailing, and were confused. He said in his affidavit he told them to report the mailing to local authorities and not to fill it out any further.....snip~

    Knowing who the guy is.....Check.

    The Story is real.....check

Mailed out by a political party....check.

    Discovery where mailed from.....check.

    Matches Demo DP HQ.....check.

Did you want to go with Repubs had been hiding in the building and then sent out the mail, then snuck out after all Demos went home?

Btw, all that was in the link. Reading is fun and mental.

If it was a woman who signed, then they must "believe all women".

That's easy. Illegals are not deported right away, if they are caught, they are given a court date of when they can come back a plead their case of why they want to, or need to stay under asylum.

Well for this issue....this is how they knew. Despite complaints to whomever.

Ok. So usually when sending out mass mailings your using data sold of names and addresses.

How would I know if I wanted to send voter cards in the mail today who is or isn’t a citizen?

I don't reckon many Aerospace engineers are visiting Southern and Northern Cali's Mexican barrio's ;) If you mass mail to those addresses you are bound to hit a 85-95% success rate!

Yep Demos do have lists. Evidently BO the Peeps are a bit different than Hillary's lists. As he had a bigger following.

I don't know about you. Maybe if you can sneak into the DP HQ you can send them thru their mailer.

So no one has any bonefied real examples of of those forms but they somehow know that they existed but for some reason all of those forms got submitted by the the bad guys. So once again we have accusations that voter fraud has been committed but once again there is no proof to back up that claim.

I know that space aliens landed on the White House lawn in 1953 and went into the Oval Office and had a meeting with Ike. I cannot show you the 1000s of pictures or film taken because MJ12 confiscated all the copies and all the negatives. I wish you could hear the audio but for some reason the tape machine malfunctioned for the 1 hour 18 minutes that the meeting went on for.

But go out on Google and you can see proof of the Aliens landing on the WH lawn.

Read the link. We have no idea who mailed them out. It's assumed that since the return address was the Dem HQ's, the Democrats sent them out. That doesn't mean they actually did. I could mass mail stuff with the Republican HQ return address. The "evidence" is not too convincing yet.

Why is this not being mentioned in the local news in Texas? All we can do with the information given is make wild guesses.

It seems like fake news. Can anyone find the story in a Texas newspaper?
